The ballots should be counted by who the vote is for…not just counting the total number of votes…counting total ballots does not correct the change that the online tabulators are able to do
That is how votes are counted - counting the number of votes for each candidate, then comparing them to see who has more. How can you count the total number of votes received without counting who the votes are for?
Also those bills have a lot more technological integration than the ballots. There are many many more ways those machines are able to count money. A tabulation machine doesn't have. They only use alignment marks, prone to error.
So instead of making sure the count is right and wait, It is not a long wait. What is the rush?? Check recheck and recheck, Why the rush?? They have until Jan 1st.
