This is one of the reasons I love being from Georgia the houses are amazing
I’ve always imagined my family, my brothers, sisters, mom and dad would live in a home like this. Shoot with how the economy is right now, more people are going to be moving back in with their parents/siblings/friends. I surely can’t afford to live on my own. People are asking for too much. All I want is to live in a decent home for once in my life 😞 It is such a beautiful home. I would turn the 2nd basement into a temporary home for the homeless. I would have cameras in the home so I can monitor activity in and out the house. They have to be home at a certain time so I can get sleep 😌 they wouldn’t pay for food or any services. All they have to do is make sure they keep the place clean for the time that they stay. Then when their week is over, the next person will be able to stay. Idk. I’ve always wanted to help the people without homes that are living in the streets. If I had the money I would have houses built for them. I guess I can only imagine ☹️

First house I’ve ever seen with two basements
I actually remember moving the residents who once lived here through a moving company I worked for. I fell in love with the house when I first did the complete walk thru. Great purchase for any family very spacious
Being that I’m an introvert, I would make the 2nd basement my own man cave/bedroom

@@suziepoozie1799 before we bought our house a few years ago, we looked at a house that had those little sores but they were actually play areas for kids. our child was crying at the time and the realtor said let me show you something. she opened the little door that was in one child's room and told me to crawl through and I ended up in the room on the other child. it had carpet and everything

Yoo Toob, funny you should say that. I never care for those short videos and when I asked a room of professional videographers why they made videos that short, their answer was that most people attention span was short and therefore they would not watch longer videos.

Put it like this, I've seen so many of your videos that I'm contemplating moving to Atlanta. I have NEVER pictured myself moving to ATL. So yes, longer, more detailed videos can sway a whole jury. Yoo Toob, sometimes that is precisely why the shorter videos are made, to highlight just the best features of the home and not show the negatives. I think it is best to give the viewer or potential buyer as much information about the home with a detailed video tour, so at the end of the video, he or she can make an informed decision to see the home in person or not.

That is a beautiful home!! I love the 2 basements. The 2nd floor basement I would turn some of the space into a home gym and also it's a great space for dance or martial arts practice for the kids/teens. If not a home gym I'd use it as a home office.
