      This Principle embodies the truth that "everything is in motion"; "everything vibrates"; "nothing is at rest"; facts which Modern Science endorses, and which each new scientific discovery tends to verify. And yet this Hermetic Principle was enunciated thousands of years ago, by the Masters of Ancient Egypt. This Principle explains that the differences between different manifestations of Matter, Energy, Mind, and even Spirit, result largely from varying rates of Vibration. From THE ALL, which is Pure Spirit, down to the grossest form of Matter, all is in vibration--the higher the vibration, the higher the position in the scale. The vibration of Spirit is at such an infinite rate of intensity and rapidity that it is practically at rest--just as a rapidly moving wheel seems to be motionless. And at the other end of the scale, there are gross forms of matter whose vibrations are so low as to seem at rest. Between these poles, there are millions upon millions of varying degrees of vibration. From corpuscle and electron, atom and molecule, to worlds and universes, everything is in vibratory motion. This is also true on the planes of energy and force (which are but varying degrees of vibration); and also on the mental planes (whose states depend upon vibrations); and even on to the spiritual planes. An understanding of this Principle, with the appropriate formulas, enables Hermetic students to control their own mental vibrations as well as those of others. The Masters also apply this Principle to the conquering of Natural phenomena, in various ways. "He who understands the Principle of Vibration, has grasped the scepter of power”.

    Funny, I worked right out of high school at the University of Maryland (College Park) with professor Joseph Weber, the inventor of the first gravitational wave detector, but the detectors were too insensitive. They were big aluminum dumbbell bars which we cooled to 77 kelvins with liquid nitrogen, and measured the purported distortions with a SQUID (a Superconducting Quantum Interference Device). It was in the Summer of 1981. It’s thanks to my final report that I got in to Harvard; the Physics department told the Admissions office it was graduate level work, so Harvard admitted me.

      Is it possible to come to a complete stop in space? How do we know that the complete stop also is not a stop in time in a steady state universe? As the Earth rotates at 1000mph and is going really fast around the sun and our sun is also moving our entire solar system very very fast; so how do we know that time doesn't moves forward without velocity and would this possible fill the gaps and explain away dark matter?

    • @XellithUS
      @XellithUS 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@Morristown337 "Is it possible to come to a complete stop in space?" I mean.. relativity. You can only measure movement by comparing one object to others. For example; If measure your speed compared to the sun, you could say "Okay. Sure. We arent moving distance or changing speed relative to the sun", but the Earth is still going to be zooming around doing whatever it does. This means relative to the Earth that you are traveling at Xyz speed. If you arent in orbit of anything, you can argue that you are stationary and that it's everything else that is moving.
      "As the Earth rotates at 1000mph" The angular velocity (so the rotational speed of spheres) of Earth is 15 degrees an hour. (twice as slow as the big hand on a clock). We have measured clock speeds of satellites to determine time changes at various speeds. But the scope of your question might mean you needing to watch a few videos by Anton, PBS spacetime or veratasium. Maybe something related to the speed of light or relativity.

    • @Morristown337
      @Morristown337 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@XellithUS thank you for that but the point I am trying to make is How do we know that time is not attached to velocity? If something stopped moving in relation to everything else and was only moving barely forward as in expansion of the universe, is time also moving extremely slow compared to us? (almost not at all) hence the steady state universe.

    • @XellithUS
      @XellithUS 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@Morristown337 Everything is moving everywhere at all kinds of speeds. Just get on a spaceship and fly out into space at speeds where you leave the suns orbit and you are basically "stationary". Your frame of reference would be "Im not moving even an inch". It would then be the rest of the universe moving around you.

    • @prophetzarquon1922
      @prophetzarquon1922 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To poke at the crux of your question, higher velocity relative to the rest of the universe, means _slower_ internal clock progression. A clock floating "stationary" near a centerpoint of all detectable mass, with very little movement around it, will run much _faster_ than a clock whipping along at a high relative velocity.
      High relative velocity slows time for a subject.
      Essentially, relative velocity & mass, condense spacetime like lines entangling. Imagine unraveling those lines: Denser entanglements slow your progress.

Then the discord of Melkor spread ever wider, and the melodies which had been heard before foundered in a sea of turbulent sound. But Iluvatar sat and hearkened until it seemed that about his throne there was a raging storm, as of dark waters that made war one upon another in an endless wrath that would not be assuaged.

As if the evidence isn't absolutely everywhere with polarity, the making of an engine, up and down, male and female, hot and cold, sharp and dull, - this dual principle is found everywhere. It is a feature of reality itself to have this state. That being said, a completely material universe just can't and won't ever explain everything. Science _will_ have to broach God eventually. They are just building the secular bridge to get there that goes around the massive river that is Jesus. Psychology and its related fields will herald a re-awakening of our spiritual side. Researchers have recently discovered that the Universe is not expanding at a uniform rate. Some regions of space are moving away from Earth faster than others. This raises intriguing questions: could this uneven expansion be a factor contributing to the cosmic hum, potentially caused by gravitational instability?
    Adding to this, the differential expansion rates may indicate variations in the underlying structure and distribution of matter in the Universe. These irregularities could lead to gravitational waves or perturbations, creating a cosmic hum that we detect. Further research into these anomalies might provide deeper insights into the mechanics of cosmic expansion and the sources of gravitational waves, offering a more comprehensive understanding of the Universe's dynamics.

I mean Mata nui in the Prototype robot was able to beat Teridax in the Mata nui robot, but I think Toa Mata Nui would have some decent matchups against some of the more powerful beings in the Matoran Universe.
      Or if you accept it in your head canon, I don't know what the hell could defeat the golden being.
      Anyway my joke was just because of how in Bionicle every great impact that happens inside the Mata nui robot "ripples" through the matoran universe, the joke was that we were inside something like the robot.

      Yes I can hear it !! It’s not tinnitus. I have heard it for years and years and been told I have psychosis but it’s ringing random times. It doesn’t scare me it’s not auditory hallucinations because I am not ever stressed at the time. I really really am so glad I see someone else write this it’s a revelation for me ❤

    Very interesting Anton. It makes me wonder about the medium carrying these waves; the elastic jelly-like super liquid goo of empty space. I'd like to see more research into the nature of space and voids. Thanks.
