Hey thanks for coming to the east valley. More please! 🙂One thing I don't understand is having a 2 story anywhere in AZ that gets over 100 degrees. That electrical bill will be high unless you're comfortable in an 80 degree+ house. Also, gotta disagree about the floors. My husband has done everything in flooring for over 30+ years and carpet is just nasty lol. No matter what you do, it's always dirty. Plus if you have bad allergies, like us, carpet ALWAYS has dust, especially here in AZ, mites, allergens, and pet dander when applicable. With hard surface flooring you can put area rugs and switch them out when needed. They even make runner carpets for stairs so you don't slip and fall.
I live near here in Val Vista lakes...I'm a renter 3 bdrm 2.5 bath I pay 1850 which I'm thankful for bc the home next to me is going for 2300 a month...my owner lives in Germany now and wants someone loyal & clean to take.care of his home...I love it....
No ceiling fans over the beds in Arizona, is a deal breaker. Especially upstairs. I lived in So. Nev. and dang! On the super hot nights it would be impossible to sleep without the ceiling fan keeping the air moving!
@@pkaboo7832 I do agree that it's a turn off to not have ceiling fans, but they have light fixtures in the bedrooms on the ceilings. Those fixtures can be swapped for some ceiling fans with lights with the help of an electrician.
I don't like the house but how can a ceiling fan be a deal-breaker when you have air condition anyway. It's all about air condition not a ceiling fan you can go to Walmart and buy a fan.
Love the videos bro. Here in socal it's 70. From an owner of rental property while carpet might be preferred by the tenant it's horrible for an owner. Carpet gets nasty fast. And if the tenant doesn't clean it on a regular basis you literally have to replace it every time a new renter moves. That's very costly. Hard floors may not be the most desirable but they are more durable and clean up easy.
We’re up by the Grand Canyon and today the weather has been perfect! I couldn’t imagine living in a neighborhood where the houses are so close to each other ever again!

Hey, Big Super. Yeah...that layout. It's awkward, to say the least. There's no privacy for the adults or parents, no upstairs separation between them and the kids. A rental property, for sure. It'll get the job done for someone with a family that just needs a place to live, so it works for basic needs. Thanks for sharing,

We rent in Gilbert near Higley and Pecos. The house is 1100 sf, 3 br 2 ba. We sold our home down the street and needed to stay nearby (for work) while we build our house in Queen Creek. I wanted a home with grass and shade in the backyard for the dogs, which is hard to come by in AZ. Our base rent is $2400 plus $100 for pets. Pretty steep for 1100 sf, but it checked all our boxes. I can't wait to see how much they raise the rent when we move out in a couple months.
Great video on the house in Gilbert Big Super. That area you were showing off is an area that I really like a lot and would love to move to if my finances allowed it. I normally go to Costco for gas, but out in my area it's about 4.75 for 87 octane. I honestly could see some ways to make that house work for myself, but then again it definitely looked smaller than it should look. Also, those points that were made would be great things to negotiate with the seller on, but overall, it's just a solid house, nothing too grand, and nothing to rundown either.

Do you make suggestions because it seems like you’re very knowledgeable about the homes that you’re showing and I agree 100 some of the builders oh my goodness I can’t imagine how they put walls were walls shouldn’t be and they treat the house like a puzzle it’s just not feasible for me to own anything like that help me out

SMH what has become of Arizona. That house is a mess and needs a lot. If someone owns it they can make the necessary changes to create a warm and loving home but as a renter I wouldn’t do it it’s cold and awkward. Man that mess would have rented for $1200-$1660 back in the day whew

I don’t understand. I’m looking to relocate to Arizona from Chicago. You can make it here with a lower paying job. Our rent is not that expensive but what they pay in Arizona I don’t get how they can afford to pay that much. And they don’t have many Union job to make sure you get the correct pay. What am I missing? Everybody selling dope, pills, body parts??????
Ya I agree with you. I don’t understand how people from another state can move here with the rent/housing prices and the wages and make it. I’ve seen multiple people rent a house I guess to afford rent, their reality went to crap 😑
Lots of BIG corporations are moving here creating thousands of jobs but there's no housing for the people....hence the out of control rent prices. A STUDIO 300 sq can go for 1600 a month.
You aren’t missing Nothing. You hit it on the head. You have to make a minimum of 70k to live in Phoenix metro.Don’t let people lie to you. I moved here from the Midwest and was shocked at the poor schools, low paying jobs and cost of living. Lucky I have my CDL and get paid well but that’s the exception. There’s no union because they have an unlimited supply of cheap labor. Besides the weather, the Midwest is better.
@@AlmightyMauMau this was the realest answer. I’m a union carpenter and I know my wages would be much less and the schools are below our schools here in Chicago. I think I got caught up in the weather and notion of the Chicago crime. Maybe I need to move in surrounding areas of Chicago

I am a small business owner. I had a very bad dv situation that caused me to move twice. Once in 2011 and in 2014 going out of state. I was told by valley king properties that I will be homeless because no one will accept me because of these. Even though they're over 7 years. I own a cleaning service and make around 7000 a month sometimes more. I have a daughter, mother in law and my husband and we have no where to move as of today because our sublet needed the home back. I feel like I want to die I'm so stressed out. I know this is a long shot but if you know any landlords that are renting right now, anywhere in the city or suburbs, please message me. I feel hopeless right now.

Gilbert is very nice, but that house is a no. I expected so much more inside. The backyard needs a pergola or addition built, but that was the only part of the house I actually liked. Keep up the good work.
21 degrees Fahrenheit in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
I like Chandler and Goodyear better🤷🏽♀️ Owners got to do better with the presentation . Your channel is blowing up🥳👍🏽💥
For the backyard are you allowed to put up a tent. They got 20 ft by 20-ft tents for $500 or is that illegal in AZ
You mean gazebo
@@dennisrobinson2183 them too

What do you do in the Real estate business are you taking clients who are looking for forward to being a homeowner looking for new builds? Do you make suggestions because it seems like you’re very knowledgeable about the homes that you’re showing and I agree 100 some of the builders oh my goodness I can’t imagine how they put walls were walls shouldn’t be and they treat the house like a puzzle it’s just not feasible for me to own anything like that help me out
Message me on ig Super_Tribe or info@bigsuperaz.com
Straight builder grade
Do you prefer Goodyear area or Gilbert area?
My preference is Goodyear.

Trying to get to New Orleans

Hey Sup... new to your channel
My sis is moving there and she armed with a section 8 voucher....does any house that you tour on the affordable housing section 8 list? Because I seen that you toured a subsidized apt...please let us know thanks Sup!
Love content keep making more videos yeeeees mucho mucho, 420 gas price in WA
The whole house is cheesy. I was just in Tempe from January through May and I rented an apartment with more storage than that. Ceiling fans are cheap enough to have in all rooms. I am in Wisconsin and it is still winter here. I know it get hot there, but it is still cold there. How much is it to buy the house? Not that I would buy it. Glad I discover your vlog. I plan to be a snowbird again.
Gilbert AZ is a beautiful town but alot of Mormons that stick together and don't accept outsiders very close knit community
$4.15 in Michigan ..
Lol... ya'll have it good out there!
@@OfficialBigSuper . I know right!! 😂 I’ll be visiting my daughter in Tempe in a few weeks..
Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona excellent home tour as always!!!
1616 square feet for $2345 .... It's the going rate.
I used to go to a lot of get togethers in Gilbert. A lot of my boys I used to hang out with before they "jumped the broom" live in Gilbert. I used to go to some get togethers at some of my fraternity brothers homes in Gilbert too. I don't live in Gilbert, but it's not far from my primary residence.
Great content! Thanks!
SMH what has become of Arizona. That house is a mess and needs a lot. If someone owns it they can make the necessary changes to create a warm and loving home but as a renter I wouldn’t do it it’s cold and awkward. Man that mess would have rented for $1200-$1660 back in the day whew
Bro i been looking at some of your videos man why everything in AZ seems a bit dated? Like 90's early 2000's vibe. haha! just my opinion bro. keep up the good work
$5.20 for a gallon of gas here in Honolulu HI, 80 degrees
That's just crazy...
South Carolina Gas $3.99 Temp 85
Lol... Y'all have it good!
@@peggybengtson3626 Which is ridiculous. Their becoming as pricey as California
In Tucson, weather is hot 🔥... But not too hot 🤷🏾♀️
05.09.2022 Monday ( you know just like I know there are people who have section 8 vouchers.. do a video on low-income apartments Phoenix Arizona ......Scottsdale Arizona ( some people working do need some help sometimes because they they are making minimum wages in working year-round...( like at Walmart some grocery stores.... Family Dollar Store ....Dollar Tree... General Dollar Store and More .......
I just about guarantee that where the fake grass is in the back yard there used to be a pool that got filled in. Makes more sense with the way they layed the rest of the back yard out if you imagine a pool being where the grass is.
fake grass makes sense in Arizona, its a desert
I love this
I am a small business owner.
Be encouraged. God will make a way.
get in touch with a realtor in order to be able to check the rentals on MLS - you'll have better choices.
@@alexp247365 crazy thing is, we work with 3 different realtors. We give them dort cheap pricing and never ask for anything and never once didn't show up for a job and or had to reschedule with any of them. All of them told us the same thing, that's specialty work and they only work with home sells
