This morning routine is great to ease constipation. I really need this because I am on pain medication and even before then I had issues with constipation. I would love to see more .
Yes, I would love the 5 part constipation series. Been doing the yoga exercises and the self massage, and they help. I also drink lemon water, to which I add 1 1/2 tsp. organic psyllium husk powder for soluble fiber, and 1/4 tsp. of Himalayan pink salt. Full keto was too constipating for me. I may start eating a little oatmeal again. Thank you, Melissa!
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment Tracy. Which part do you think you will add into your morning routine? Hoping there is interest in a 5 day constipation reset! Melissa
@@YogaLifestylewithMelissa I am going to try do the stretches and try the olive oil (I already do the lemon water on and off). But I don't look forward to the oil, based on your grimace when you took it. 🙂
Thanks for the tip on the salt. According to studies, butyric acid in ghee can get rid of constipation and help ease bowel movements. Consuming butyric acid can improve metabolism and helps in the movement and frequency of stool apart from relieving abdominal pain, bloating, and other such symptoms of constipation.
I'm smiling because that is exactly what I do every am and it really works. I only use a slice of frozen lemon because the olive oil , and by the way , I use the same brand, really does the trick. Add an apple to the routine and your good to go ! thanks !
I was hoping the overnight chia/hemp and grd flax seeds with blueberries/strawberries and some Greek yogurt, would aid in the smoother flow of b.movement for me, but all it really does is give me great protein and satiate my hunger😏I'm also keto. I'll definitely incorporate these great tips!🙏🏾✌🏾
Dear viewers, I appreciate the opportunity to share my perspective on yoga. As a Christian, I believe it's essential to approach this topic with grace and understanding. **1. Historical Roots:** Yoga has ancient origins in Hindu spiritual practices. The word itself means "to yoke" or "to unite." While some practice yoga purely for physical health, it's essential to recognize its spiritual roots. **2. Intentions Matter:** Intentions play a crucial role. If someone practices yoga purely for exercise and relaxation, they may not be engaging with its spiritual aspects. However, we should be discerning and aware of the potential spiritual implications. **3. Spiritual Discernment:** As Christians, we seek discernment through prayer and Scripture. We don't want to inadvertently open ourselves to anything that conflicts with our faith. It's essential to honor God in all we do, including our physical practices. **4. Alternative Approaches:** If you're uncomfortable with yoga's spiritual associations, consider alternative forms of exercise or relaxation. Pilates, stretching routines, or mindfulness practices can provide similar benefits without the spiritual context. Remember, our faith calls us to love and respect one another, even when discussing differing viewpoints. Let's engage in respectful dialogue and seek wisdom as we navigate these topics. Blessings to all, 🙏
All of these various stretches I already do daily post-running and post-workout. I’m still constipated! I drink plenty of water, I’m not on any meds. So frustrating!
Using the word “may” will not support the intention of the affirmation. Rather “ I am “ statements are stronger……even if you don’t. Yet believe that statement
The optimal constipation morning routine will always be to take in time 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil on an empty stomach. In this manner you will not only eliminate the waste in your intestines but all the toxins deposed in your liver too.
Great video!

It really is!🙏

Too much fiber? I had to really cut it down to get relief.

I find both work equally well. May you be happy, may you be well, may you be free from suffering" is used in many Buddhist prayers. Namaste
