Situated approximately 5 miles from Caister On Sea & Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, this place has the lot!
You can camp, bring your caravan, camper or motorhome or rent a cottage or lodge complete with hot tub.
Base Camp is a modern complex which features reception, a bar, shop, restaurant, crazy golf, table tennis and children's play park. There are also two further play areas for children white football pitch tree walk and three zip wires. The park is popular with families and does get busy at peak times. Yeah, charging for a dog feels out of date and no longer the trend. Lovely place, our granddaughter loved it 👍
Helen & Dave, we have never been to Norfolk and decided to make the trip to Clippesby Hall for the week returning yesterday. We have had a fantastic week, the weather has been beautiful. The site is amazing, booked after seeing your videos. We visited Cromer, Sheringham, Caister on sea (well the beach) and took a trip to Wroxham (Roy’s store is cracking)where we took a trip on the Queen of the Broads. Blown away with the scenery, you do live in a Beautiful part of the country. Long tow back to Greater Manchester but well worth it and will definitely be returning. Great video. I have been going to this site since 1983, seen a lot of changes through the years, but all of them good. If I didn't have to work I would go there a lot more.

Wow arrived today 5th December only a 40 mins drive and it's the best site for in Woods. Were on Rabbits Grove. Sunday Christmas lunch in the restaurant was excellent and really looking forward to a cooked breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend. Our dogs live it too.

I was looking at Your awning carpet there.....We have a large carpet left over from our tenting days, and would go nicely over the breathable one, providing we ever get a hard standing pitch. I think we have booked grass only for the upcoming trips this year, but it's an idea! Cheers.

We were staying in the area and thought we would have a look at this site. It wasn't wheelchair friendly, so no good for us, but it did look a nice site.
Hi both, that’s a shame, I hadn’t considered this and of course it’s really important. Base Camp was all on one level and disabled toilets were in the block but I guess the pitches and roads would have been a struggle for wheelchairs because they were gravel. Tranquility knows no bounds! Looks nice, peaceful. I wonder what it will be like in the summer. Not never been to that part of the world, so our trip to Sandringham later this year will be a first, although only just in that area. Still, we are looking forward to that.

Hi Helen and Dave. Really enjoyed the vlog and thanks for helping us find a potentially great site for us. Looks lovely even in March, so as weather improves will be even better. Looks lovely and quiet midweek/offseason but with so much to do it would be a really good place when we take our grandsons away with us, especially as it's not hugely far from where we live. Pleasantly surprised too at competitive prices - a lot cheaper than many sites at this time year, with lots more to offer. Smashing vlog which we really enjoyed and will find very helpful. My husband is disabled as are 2 of our 6 children we have a caravan and awning there a 8 of us our plan was to take tents as bedrooms and caravan for meals and sitting down are the sites able to accommodate this as it would be the 1st time camping with children now there a little older

Hi Greg, it’s a 2lt GTI line all wheel drive. Our last tow car was a Volvo XC60. The Kia beats it hands down. Really happy with it, been towing with it 3 years with no issues 👍

So apart from the children's play area where else are dogs excluded?
