- Hey, welcome back to our channel and to Old Oaks, an adults only, tranquil caravan site just outside quirky Glastonbury
We've wanted to stay at this beautiful site for ages and when we saw some availability for a 3 night stay, we jumped at the chance. Just a couple of miles from Glastonbury and easy access to lots of other great Somerset attractions, Old Oaks is in a fantastic spot.
We can honestly say that this is one of the best caravan sites we've stayed at so far. It's immaculately kept and offers superb facilities. Best of all it's super dog friendly too!!
This site is part of the Tranquil Parks network, so is just for grown ups which made it super peaceful.

Just found your films, when my husband was alive we had a touring caravan, we stayed at the Old Oaks in 2008. It’s changed since then, but was a good site then. My husband passed away in 2013 and I do miss the caravan holidays and country music festivals we took it to

Great news hope you have a great holiday, hope the weather is better for you, we have had some high winds and a lot of rain but hey it hasn't taken anything away from the experience great break. Great insight to a lovely site and area. We did the same as you on our first trip, booked the following year. Walnut circle was where we went. This year we stayed for a week on top oaks. Happy travels guys

Been following you since your video " We bought a Caravan " and on your recommendations went to "Back of Beyond " great site. We have just booked nine nights here for next year - March 28th to April 6th - thanks for the recommendation and give Dozer a nice stroke and a gentle walk from us.

Where did you get the buggy for Dozer?
Hi Paul, we found it on Ebay actually it's made by Innopet and it's a Mamut model. It's been a god send really
@@MacSarah I think I mentioned we have a 15 year old Weimaraner/Labrador x who can’t get about much
@@ThePaulBrewer oh one of these would help so much. Dozer is a little big for it in all honesty but it was the biggest one we could find... We would definitely recommend them

Ah we hope you do book up, it's great! The chairs were from a garden centre years ago they're made my Active Sport, but we haven't seen them again to to honest...
