Yeah I notice how long my first setup is taking to fill with just two manufacturers. That 1pm hurts but then again I think I'm stealing 1.5pm to manufacture something else so that is why it takes so long to fill.

To daisy chain, if the machines aren't centered like you showed to place the wall, you can use the road barrier placed in line with the power point, and then CTRL-replace with a wall.
Indeed showed this in alot in my videos and tips and tricks videos aswell

I reckon you probably know this given your amount of experience, but for others it might also help:
If you right click a colour in the customizer you can select it as default and it will build everything in that colour, so you don't have to colour em afterwards

FWIW, I really like the build videos. I understand that you can't alwsys do them if you're building on-stream but I appreciate these when you can squeeze them in.
love your videos, you keep making me rebuild my factories with your ideas though. I do wonder something though, how do you decide how many items your going to make? do you work out the maths from miners on, or maybe a specific item you already have? or some other way?
I build almost exclusively using the hover pack. Also, when I build on this scale, I let the items I'm going to use build up in storage then I preload all the constructors, manufacturers, etc. when I'm using a manifold, so it takes no time for it all to come up to speed.
This; and I'd add that a full belt of wire is 780, not 750. Also, the standard cable recipe is pretty inefficient. The single most important thing in the game is hunting sufficient harddrives that give you a lot of the super-efficient alt recipes.

How do you decide whether to put down 12 constructors and overclock the last one or put down 13 and undercock the 13th?

Underclocking number 13 uses less power then overclocking number 12.
@samuraidriver4x4 yes but then you have to build 2 extra constructors and all that comes with it i think the small power spike is a worthy trade off
Hey, good question.. For me, it has nothing to do with power, as i never really worry about it.
Honestly, it's just space im building the machines in. If placing 13 is going to overhang other machines or it could be just choosing between odd or even.
Most of the time, it's even. That's it 😂

The only thing im worried about is the U8 coming out i have a lower-mid tier laptop and im concerned about the engine update and my laptop cant handle it thanks to you and imkibitz im addicted to this game and dont want to not be able to play it, i have heard a walk around but i cant find the video
Engine update won't break the game on lower speced hardware. If anything it should be faster as newer engines usually copy memory more clever then the previous one.

awesome, im just about to set my first turbo fuel up but every tutorial is a bit all over the place and like heres my 21395482358 mw of fuel its hard to wrap my head around lol, i think what your doing here is key, break it down into bite size chunks 1 thing at a time :)
