Yep. Both equally devastating, but in different ways. I think Meninga was more consistent and a natural leader. GI was more talented, and needed time to develop into being a leader. Both are my favourite players.

I remember him saying in one of his interviews that he was one of few players that had the choice to play for NSW or QL. Ashame he didn't pick NSW. We really could've used his talent. I think Matt Rogers was another that moved from NSW to QL as a junior and had the option.

Best all round player to ever play the game simple as that. He could play in all 13 positions on the feild and be world class in every one of them
