Considering all the places in NSW and NZ that are apparently in QLD when it comes to origin selection, I don't see why we can't declare Darwin part of NSW for a few weeks a year. It's probably Barba's best chance of ever playing origin. It's not like the Northern Territory is even a state.
He is a natural athlete, great mixture of strength and speed, if he had the determination and could Read the game as good as billy slater he would be unstoppable

They only facet that Inglis surpassed hayne in is titles and origin series wins.
