What a rare talent. It was a once in a lifetime team made even better by players like GI who could almost do anything ... speed, skill, balance, vision etc ... but I loved the lack of ego and his commitment to his team ... of course I only watched from a tv screen so only got a snip-it of who he really was, but if there is one man on this planet I would love to just sit and have a beer with .. its GI ..

You had to love Akuila Uate's performances for the Blues as well, he was like the 14th man on the field for QLD. He was so cute too, being from a tiny village from Fiji, he used to runup the hill to the village brewery to watch Origin as a teenager, shouting out that he's going to play for NSW one day. Alas he wrong, he ended contributing in a big way for QLD. Uate was big on attack but a woeful defender, you can see he got caught out of position several times, and it led to tries for QLD, thanks AKOO.

Brett Hodgson! He played one good game for NSW, his first ever one, he was pretty much man of the match, the rest of his games for NSW, key moments, the key mistakes, Brett Hodgson.

Greg probably didn't play 5/8th for Qld but he has played 4 positions and excelled in all of them, fullback, wing, centre and 5/8

Mitchell is good. So is the Hammer. Treboicevich is also good. Stever Rogers and off course Meninga. But G.I. is the GOAT 🐐 End of debate. In his prime. He was unstoppable. Never been anyone like him. Love from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬

The big strong athletic talented guys like Greg Inglis are probably more devastating in league than any other. They can destroy you in attack as well as defense.
