Nice tips! Our quick, healthy, go to is pan seared salmon (sear for 5 minutes on each side, for a total of 10 minutes). While the salmon is searing, I steam some broccoli for 10 minutes. Salmon & steamed broccoli. A 10 minute, healthy meal. In fact, that’s what we’re having for dinner tonight. I also juice our ginger shots for the week & our green juice for the week, on Sundays. That way, we can have healthy juice all week; but, I only have to prep, juice, & clean the juicer once a week.
It’s not solely ginger. I use lots of oranges, a lemon, some ginger root & some turmeric root. After I juice all that together, I add a little black pepper. Then, I funnel them into 2 oz bottles. My son & I drink a 1 oz shot of that every morning, on an empty stomach

This is an awesome idea. I’ve got to try the ginger shots but I may need to cut the taste with something else
