The Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666 was created to address the issue where individuals who held estates based on the lives of others could not determine if those individuals were alive or dead because they had gone beyond the seas or were absent for a long time. This Act allowed for a legal process where if a person remained absent for seven years without proof of being alive, they would be considered legally dead. In such cases, judges could direct a verdict as if the absent person was deceased, enabling the recovery of tenements by lessors or reversioners. However, if the supposedly dead person returned and proved to be alive, they could reclaim their lands and receive compensation for any losses incurred due to eviction.

They’re Agents, and his profession was business contracts! Bearing in mind a simple word or apostrophe in the court documents renders stuff void….apparently to this chap grammar and typesetting rules are irrelevant to the legal procedures! Styles manuals and different definitions in law dictionaries are ‘irrelevant’ too! That’s a really dangerous and nasty thing to sell to people because you ignore it at your peril! The courts actually have a document titled ‘temporary release from death’ which I actually got a copy of before they removed it from public access! People really are classed as dead and unknown to the system! You need to be really careful who you listen to….and stop looking for pots of gold and focus on truth. 🙂👍🏻💕

Did he really just say that a judge can lie but not lose their temper and that is being professional??? How can lying ever be professional????? If anybody's lost the plot, I think these guys didn't have it in the first place to lose. How can legal be lawful if you haven't given your consent to any of it??? Can I get a bunch of my buddies together and scribble some stuff down and say you now have to comply with it??? I think you'd all agree that that would be insane!! If we are all equal in the eyes of the LAW then i should be able to do the same. Legal by it's own definition is unlawful.

@@marchorn466I don't wanna sound flippant but hear me out... That's a bit like saying you're going to put a complaint in about a Police Officer that assaulted you... They look after their own. Remember they swear and oath not to you but the Bar! I had a police constable aid and abet the theft of my car by so called 'balififs'. So....the bailifs turn up and say I owe £400 unpaid ULEZ charge from Oxford council. I remained totally calm, asked to see proper war-rant. They couldn't produce it but police still let them take my car, even though I informed him ignorance of law is no excuse and that he was aiding and abetting theft. Put a complaint in, they said come back if/when you prove that the warrant was false. I guess that I was making a claim and have to prove it was a false I get that but the complaint has been put on hold until I supply proof it was a false warrant! They should know this already! I'm going after the officers job and pension!
@@marchorn466 perhaps what we are really aught to question is the mental fitness of the judges, if a judge makes false statements, or illogical statements, or fails to understand basic principles of law, or basic logic, then this could indicate that they are mentally unfit. Ofcourse, they only need to mentally fit enough to carry out their duties. If they simply suffer from some mental illness we shouldn't question their abilities based on this, as this could be discriminatory.
Ive heard that if a judge walks out ..stay there ..its not over until the court clerk says you can leave .

If judge walks out he has abandoned ship and also he has left the battlefield first…it your right then to stand up and claim the court and assert your authority and dismiss the case with prejudice

in a debt based economy the only money tree is either the real world asset or someones labour signed on a contract.
It is the fruits of one’s labour over one’s lifetime that has been put into trust which is securitised and traded by presumed consent. This has true value however, has been conflated (probably deliberately) with the imaginary ‘pot of gold’. The government presumes itself to be both the beneficiary and the executor. The government has also presumed the true beneficiary to be the trustee. The absence of any rebuttal is key to this fraud and it is very possible to correct this presumption.
Correcting the presumption does not create any ‘pot of gold’ however, it provides a bona fide legal defence against actions brought against one absent a victim.
This is what the Cestiu Que Vie Act provided for and anyone that reads this Act will read in the Act that it provides remedy for the presumptions in Section IV

Words of wisdom in the first 4 minutes. (I didn't watch the rest) I paraphrase the statement in the video, " Common law supersedes statute law". It's such a pity that these two do not explain in simple terms how one can use this principle. One example I can give is that I have twice stopped police using court warrants to force entry into houses. I do not advise others following what I did unless they are confident BUT on more minor matters these two could be a useful conduit to informing the public. This is what I advise when one is prosecuted for such as the lockdown laws (unlawful imprisonment) or the hate crime laws, (freedom of speech) Firstly, do not argue with the police - they may use force. At home serve a notice on the Crown Prosecution Service by email (better than recorded delivery) containing these facts. " I am your name and address. At time date and place I am accused of offending against act and section. My action is allowed at common law and subsequent stated cases. I require you to cease and desist causing me harm. Signed and served electronically according to the rules of court. your name"
These two could explain this in terms that others could follow. I've talked with the gentleman in the blue sweater on the phone but my impression is that his primary concern is to make money by promoting Peacekeepers. I would like to be wrong but until they explain in simple terms how Joe Public can use the common law, then I will continue to hold that opinion. @@Bruce4lmighty I didn't need to. I served legal notices on the Chief Constable by email which is better than recorded delivery. I pointed out the difference between legal and lawful and used the Criminal Law Act 1977 sect 6 which reinforces common law. It's a pity Peacekeepers do not explain how to use the law.
I don't know if there is gold 🪙 or FIAT currency 💲 or anything at all in the trust, but the I listen to this subject people from Italy, England, Canada, Australia, America, Peace Keepers are the only one who tell a different story which is confusing to say the least.

When an estate is not claimed for 12 years , it is deemed bona vacantia.
And where does it go, It doesn't go to the treasury like you would expect, but to the crown or the Dutchy of Cornwall.
At present there is around 9000 unclaimed estates in the system, but don't quote me on that.
As for trusts, the crown have made various trusts in the past on behalf of the people before the glorious revolution.
A trust is fundamentally a contract, and the same can be said of an oath.
Oaths, trusts and contracts all overlap and intersect. It all boils down to honor.
You can be grantor and trustee, but a grantor can not be the beneficiary..
A trustee can use the trust in accordance with the trust requirements.
Trustees can be paid.

I beg to differ, it's been proven in the US, how are people able to do 1099 OID on Court Charges? if it's all rubbish as you say, you should also be talking about the Bankruptcy.
The Defendant is made the Trustee for breaking company rules (Law) and liable, Judge and or Claimant moves into beneficiary unless rebutted.

Well if if it is an adjournment that is made when the Administrators/Judge walks out, why is it that in the case when jurisdiction is challenged, they simply issue an arrest warrant for non appearance or issue a Liability order anyway? Surely if it is an adjournment as you say then another notice of hearing would be issued? but that is not the case...
Well that the whole point isn't it, you cannot show up as the person and then contest jurisdiction, by contesting the presumed capacity that they are deeming to be correct, you challenge jurisdiction, i know who i am thanks ...

It’s all a learning curve….also if you answer to the “Name” it also gives them jurisdiction…fyi these are administrative courts of equity….it’s all about who gonna cough up

There is no clear evidence to indicate that these presumptions are universally recognized or applied in specific courts.
If anyone has evidence they are applicable then we will evaluate the information and do a video.
Until then we do not waste our time and energy on unsupported conjectures.
