Hey, i am looking to buy property in sardinia. I am from the Netherlands, this is my first rental property. I just finished a course in renting out vacation homes. Is it possible to get in contact with you?
I tend to use the real estate platform aggregators which have listings from all companies, like www.idealista.it which lets you search by area, town, or by selecting on a map. I find this the best way to see what is out there. If I’m looking at a specific city, then I’ll research just that city and check out the Italian sites that come up with listings for that city.
