As a busy mum, I just don't have the luxury to have more than 30 mins to exercise, so those short videos really helps me to feel good and not too tired afterwards to look after my baby. Hi, i'm 30 months postpartum. My DR dap is 2 fingers wide on my belly button and 1 finger wide above and below my belly button. Can i do the advanced moves or i should wait until i close that 2 finger gap on my belly button. Also i dono if im doming because when i make the moves, it looks like doming but isnt it that because of the hanging belly. im confused. pls help.
