Great videos! Just had a recruiter reach to me saying she saw my CV and asking if l'd like to consider this opportunity and that she can try and arrange an interview. Then asking my salary expectations, l gave my range of 100-120k and later came back saying she was told by her manager that the max budget is 100k, then I said it fits my range so it'll be OK for me and I'd like to see how the interview goes. (I'm currently unemployed). The next day, curious, l asked some updates (did she send my CV?) she said that they presented my profile to the client and now waiting for feedback and will keep me updated.... Today l asked her the timeline to hear back she said the client generally gets back within 1-2weeks...is this normal timeline for this type of approach or is she trying to make me understand lm not being considered? Would she tell me the truth if she never sent my CV in the first place? Or would she have ignored me meaning she didn't send it, or even my request for updates she could have gone silent if l was out or? Just trying to understand how recruiters come super aggressive to get you interested and then become distant... Maybe she sent my CV and didn't think of updating me? I don't like false hopes. I'd rather she tell me upfront nah l Won't push you to my client sorry or if they have rejected me to say so as well. What do you think happened here? ':)
I would share that feeling that you describe and make her understand that you would like transparency so you can move and free some headspace . But typically, what could have happened here is that she has a low commitment from her client and she is struggling to get a feedback from him.

I don’t know it depends on where you live. In Belgium, I would say between 2.500 to 3.000 net
