So, true story, I closed the same smoothie jar too tight about a month ago. tried every hack on internet, without luck. Had to throw away the jar! I was on the floor laughing when you shared that. HAHA
Hey Sam, how does the E-118+ uci legal bike compare to the new E-119+ Im leaning more towards the 118 classic look. What do you like about the new bike? What do you miss from your old and proven 118?
I will do a full bike review in the coming week or so. But I love both bikes. I actually lean more towards the 119 as being my favorite now. For me being a tall guy I don't have to force the position as much. I feel more stable on it and think it is more aero on the flats. I also love the truly integrated disc brakes and the bento box. Granted the 118 is still next level. It's more nimble seems to climb a bit better, as it's a bit lighter. Both bikes have a place.
Hey Sam...,I heard through the grapevine that a few triathletes have been comparing your performance at Daytona to a “stopped clock being right twice a day”. You going to silence them again? You gonna make Texas the second time that stopped clock is right? What cha gonna do?
Haha. That's hilarious. Considering Daytona was an afterthought in my season last year and I still did pretty good. Ya, they will find out. (It won't be the second time that's happened, it will be 7th). Thanks for helping getting me fired up
Dude....what a battle! Looks like you dropped Skipper somewhere on the run (the Ironman app is clunky, and Ironman’s coverage is garbage...so not sure) Keep it up! No apologies!!!!!!
Hey Sam I’m 15 years old and really big into triathlon, when did you start getting into triathlon or did you just like do running as a teenager? If so what were your times
Raced along side you at HIM 70.3 Boulder. Nicely done! YOU’RE A BEAST AND AN INSPIRATION BROTHER!
Nothing means everything and everything means nothing. Love the content, keep it going!

Almost got to see the strongest hands in triathlon but that jar lid was stuck af. Good luck in Utah!
Can we see a full day of eating or a recovery video
Recovery like stretching. I have been trying to get a eating video. But in truth I eat so much and so frequently it is a tall task
@@SamYoYoYoLong Try it :-) We wait for that Video
@@SamYoYoYoLong Being a fell big guy (6'6") I can relate to this xD. Luckily my training volume isn't quite as high as yours...
