I wish that I could give this 2 likes. The layout is perfect. It has a foyer. The kitchen isn't seen as soon as you walk in. The kitchen sink is under a window. There's a window in the guest bathroom. Only negative is the guest room closets aren't that big. Otherwise outstanding! Thank you Chance. You're the best at this.
I love ❤️ this model so much that I saw myself walking around in a fancy white robe with feathers 🪶 on the end seating at the dining table and getting ready at the vanity in the bathroom feeling like royalty 👸🏽. I also love the color scheme. Thank you for all you do Chance 😁

I love this, especially having the tub and shower in the hall bathroom. Hooray! The few problems I have with it is; it needed a real pantry and the closets in the bedrooms. Do builders/architects not understand most humans, no matter their age, hang more than four things in a closet? Those closets look like a coat closet in an entry instead of a place where you put school clothes, backpacks, shoes, sweaters, and real life junk when it's not needed. Every bedroom closet needs to be at least six feet long minimum. Ok rant over. Lol
I love the feature of the window that would allow me to look and watch my horses every morning and whenever I wanted to during the day. It would also allow me to watch the colts and fillys running around cause they are so cute and fun to watch when they are babies.

Fantastic! Nice to see a Kitchen AND Dining Room that accommodates the number of bedrooms/occupants. Too often the dining room has barely enough room to walk around the table. Nice floorplan, but the guest closets seem a bit small.
Jeff said he would bump into those stone columns and scrape his elbow. OK, I have never said this before but I really dislike the big fancy hoods over the teeny tiny stoves. That design calls for a big commercial stove. Other than that the kitchen is very, very nice. I especially like the under cabinet lights. Guest bath is amazing and surprise, it has a window. Be still my heart. What a wonderful closet in the master as well. I have to say that the master bathroom is amazing. I really like this house. It is going on the favorite list. At the end of each video we guess the price and see who gets closest. I am getting very good at pricing these homes..accept this one. I guessed way over because it is so nice. Thank you again Chance.

This home is unique. I like the layout and the kitchen hidden and tucked away. Franklin finishes out their homes very nice. Huge guest bathroom. I like the entry foyer. Killer Master Bathroom. But they ran out of tile in the shower not taking it all the way to the ceiling. Very good tour, Chance.
That's a stunning home. The utility room is excellent and roomy. The guest bathroom has a nice tub and a separate shower. Haven't seem many places with that. In the Master bathroom, a shower with a bench! Nice! 👍
Yes, baby love the rock inside. That dining room and kitchen...perfect. I'm going to use this decorating scheme. Even the hallway looks good. Closet built-ins are nice, but they take up usable space. The master bath is stunning. This is one of the best models this year. It's so fresh.
I'm 65 and as my mom put us to work early in helping to clean, 60 years worth of house cleaning and what those black pillars mean to me is....DUST CATCHERS!!! Thanks but no thanks. I wouldn't mind a smooth pillar of some sort where every little nook and cranny isn't collecting dust and it is fine outdoors. Indoors, no way. I do love the book shelves as I always need more of those. Was there a microwave? I didn't see one. I love the master bedroom closets. Even if all the built-ins are extra, it is an option worth paying for rather than regretting that you didn't and I think it would be a good factor when selling the house.Very nice place. Love the utility room. We had the most beautiful deer in our backyard the other day. Because of the way our land and the neighbors land is situated and edges up to a water reservoir, It is great for wild life and deer as no one can hunt there. But this was the best looking deer I have seen.

I am in LOVE with this home. So many great features ... the master bath, the stone exterior and columns, and the kitchen tile over the stove and black countertop.
This truly was a very nice house! The chandelier over the dining table was lovely! But it made me wonder why they didn’t go with a fandelier in the living room? It would have been beautiful! The baths were both very nice, but to me they skimped somewhat on the closets in the main bedroom. They were well appointed, but both could have been more of a walk-in than they were. One thing I was trying to see but you didn’t spend any time on them were the window treatments! It looked as if these windows had custom treatments with pull-down custom shades added below the valances. But I couldn’t tell. And I know as a man you don’t think if those things! Ha! But i think they were deserving of a little extra notice because it’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything come close to custom window treatments in one of these homes! Ha! Very nice entry with a 7.5’ front door - and so I assume the ceilings were 9’? Nice! Love that black stacked rock! Really beautiful! Overall, one of - if not THE - nicest house you’ve ever shown as far as the way in which it is appointed!
Wow love this home. The black rock is amazing. What a beautiful open living area. The fireplace is incredible. Love the granite in the kitchen. I love the emphasis on the black and white backsplash . The first bedroom is so open, lots of space. Beautiful bath with two sinks, great tiled tub and nice shower. The master bedroom is super. All the built in closets. Love the barn door and shiplap opening to bath. Marble is beautiful around the tub. The shower is huge and the beautiful double sinks. Incredible home no matter which way you look. Wow!!! This house is a winner! Just somehow add a third bath and this could work for our family! Love ❤❤❤ the black rock carried from the exterior, into the living room and the columns around the dining room. You can't see the kitchen from the front door or most of the living room!! Front door, kitchen, hallway bath with window, separate tub and shower would be a plus if you have multiple children to bathe, double sink allows two children to get ready in the morning or to go to bed, laundry room with not one, but two, windows, the way the hallway opens up at the end (no one bumping into each other) are all great features about this home. The bedrooms are great sizes but the closets are too small. Granite and marble countertops add a luxurious touch. The master is a huge selling factor!! The room is huge, the closet with the built-ins is ... I don't know ... I don't have a good enough adjective for it 😂! True it's small but the built-ins make it possible to put more in there than large, room-size closets! Alright, this comment is too long so I'll just stop now 😉😂

Super nice home, not one thing I would change (my favorites were the black stone pillars and the marble one piece vanity/sink setups in the main bath). There are many things about this home i love - the huge windows, the fact that you don't see the kitchen as soon as you walk in the front door, the second bath that looks like a Master bath and the Master bedroom and closets. I wish this house had a den. Now, on a personal note - i knew you were into rodeo, Chance, but i didn't know until today that you had horses! I'm jealous! Lol keep doing what you are doing. Nice nice house. Very close to a Deer Valley, but nicer in a few ways. Only on thing that really concerns me are those stone collems. Someone could really get hurt running into one or even just scraping an arm or leg. Absolutely love the master suite and bath. The kids bathroom is outstanding and so is the laundry room. It's an 8!
I wish you could see my expression over the kitchen alone. I just need a pantry, and it seals the deal. I love the 2nd bathroom. My 5' 11" son can actually fit in the tub, and would never get out. The master closet I would love for my shoes, and purses. I would want to take time to put on makeup in that master bathroom. I don't necessarily need the community shower, but I love the bench.

Really impressive. With 4 bedrooms one could be made into a home office / den. The granite in the kitchen is sweet. The granite looks sealed also which is a big plus. Yes to me the kitchen is the heart of the home. Thank you Chance you do an excellent job touring.
What's not to like! Wow! Absolutely beautiful. The only negative is the small non-main bedroom closets; and of course the price I could never even begin to absorb. If money were no object this would be it!

I'm 65 and as my mom put us to work early in helping to clean, 60 years worth of house cleaning and what those black pillars mean to me is....DUST CATCHERS!!! Thanks but no thanks. I wouldn't mind a smooth pillar of some sort where every little nook and cranny isn't collecting dust and it is fine outdoors. Indoors, no way. I do love the book shelves as I always need more of those. Was there a microwave? I didn't see one. I love the master bedroom closets. Even if all the built-ins are extra, it is an option worth paying for rather than regretting that you didn't and I think it would be a good factor when selling the house.Very nice place. Love the utility room.
We had the most beautiful deer in our backyard the other day. Because of the way our land and the neighbors land is situated and edges up to a water reservoir, It is great for wild life and deer as no one can hunt there. But this was the best looking deer I have seen.

This truly was a very nice house! The chandelier over the dining table was lovely! But it made me wonder why they didn’t go with a fandelier in the living room? It would have been beautiful! The baths were both very nice, but to me they skimped somewhat on the closets in the main bedroom. They were well appointed, but both could have been more of a walk-in than they were. One thing I was trying to see but you didn’t spend any time on them were the window treatments! It looked as if these windows had custom treatments with pull-down custom shades added below the valances. But I couldn’t tell. And I know as a man you don’t think if those things! Ha! But i think they were deserving of a little extra notice because it’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything come close to custom window treatments in one of these homes! Ha! Very nice entry with a 7.5’ front door - and so I assume the ceilings were 9’? Nice! Love that black stacked rock! Really beautiful! Overall, one of - if not THE - nicest house you’ve ever shown as far as the way in which it is appointed!
Wow love this home. The black rock is amazing. What a beautiful open living area. The fireplace is incredible. Love the granite in the kitchen. I love the emphasis on the black and white backsplash . The first bedroom is so open, lots of space. Beautiful bath with two sinks, great tiled tub and nice shower. The master bedroom is super. All the built in closets. Love the barn door and shiplap opening to bath. Marble is beautiful around the tub. The shower is huge and the beautiful double sinks. Incredible home no matter which way you look. Wow!!! Chance this was an incredible tour tonight. You are the master at doing these informative and fun tours. I am looking forward to Saturdays tour. Sounds fascinating!! Thank you again and again. Kathy
This house is a winner! Just somehow add a third bath and this could work for our family!
Love ❤❤❤ the black rock carried from the exterior, into the living room and the columns around the dining room. You can't see the kitchen from the front door or most of the living room!! Front door, kitchen, hallway bath with window, separate tub and shower would be a plus if you have multiple children to bathe, double sink allows two children to get ready in the morning or to go to bed, laundry room with not one, but two, windows, the way the hallway opens up at the end (no one bumping into each other) are all great features about this home. The bedrooms are great sizes but the closets are too small. Granite and marble countertops add a luxurious touch.
The master is a huge selling factor!! The room is huge, the closet with the built-ins is ... I don't know ... I don't have a good enough adjective for it 😂! True it's small but the built-ins make it possible to put more in there than large, room-size closets!

Super nice home, not one thing I would change (my favorites were the black stone pillars and the marble one piece vanity/sink setups in the main bath). I'd have horses, chickens, and my two big dogs outside of the kitchen window... well, you did ask. Can't wait for Saturday's metal home on 100 acres! Thanks for making another awesome video. There are many things about this home i love - the huge windows, the fact that you don't see the kitchen as soon as you walk in the front door, the second bath that looks like a Master bath and the Master bedroom and closets. I wish this house had a den. Now, on a personal note - i knew you were into rodeo, Chance, but i didn't know until today that you had horses! I'm jealous! Lol keep doing what you are doing. I liked everything about this one. A first for me.
Nice nice house. Very close to a Deer Valley, but nicer in a few ways. Only on thing that really concerns me are those stone collems. Someone could really get hurt running into one or even just scraping an arm or leg. Absolutely love the master suite and bath. The kids bathroom is outstanding and so is the laundry room. It's an 8!
I wish you could see my expression over the kitchen alone. I just need a pantry, and it seals the deal. I love the 2nd bathroom. My 5' 11" son can actually fit in the tub, and would never get out. The master closet I would love for my shoes, and purses. I would want to take time to put on makeup in that master bathroom. I don't necessarily need the community shower, but I love the bench.
This is what I call raising the bar with this one, beautiful house and in this one the bathroom would be my hide out.

Really impressive. With 4 bedrooms one could be made into a home office / den. The granite in the kitchen is sweet. The granite looks sealed also which is a big plus. Yes to me the kitchen is the heart of the home. Thank you Chance you do an excellent job touring.

What's not to like! Wow! Absolutely beautiful. The only negative is the small non-main bedroom closets; and of course the price I could never even begin to absorb. If money were no object this would be it!

I really like that the kitchen is more "private", the ONLY thing I would want changed would be windows that open. Under the cabinet lighting is wonderful. Actually, everything is great with this one! Thank you Chance!

This is one of my favorites!! It took my breath away multiple times! The only drawback that I can see is the size of the closets in the 3 smaller bedrooms, but I could probably live with it for the rest of the house...
