  • Only 3 ingredients: flour, oil and water! I can't stop eating this crispy pizza. It is easy to prepare.
    Here is the list of INGREDIENTS
    400 grams of flour 00 (start kneading with 300 grams of flour and only at the end if you need to add the other 100 grams) *
    60 ml of olive oil
    1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary
    1 teaspoon of fine salt (to taste)
    salt to taste
    150- 180 ml of water (it is better to always add it a little at a time - some flours absorb more water and others less)
    * You can use any flour: wholemeal, semolina ... whatever you want.

    Ciao, complimenti niente da dire per la pizza ma, mi sono commosso vedendo le tue mani le stesse di mi madre quando cucinava, come le casalinghe di una volta senza smalto e altro un abbraccio non cambiare grazie.

      Concordo ! Vedere mani dalle unghie lunghe smaltate e magari con anelli e bracciali mentre impastano mi passa l'appetito ... chissà quanta sporcizia passa all'impasto... 🤪

    That last bit of water, you didn't need it. Your dough was just right before you added it, it had come together and just needed a minute of kneading. Then you can roll it out on less flour. Let it sit a few minutes after kneading, then roll it out. Yours did come out beautiful, a nice, crispy focacia.

      What she did by rubbing it with water just before baking, is commonly done when baking bread. It gives a nice chewy crust.

    NOi a Roma la chiamiamo scrocchierella romana, si trova ancora in moltissimi forni del pane, veine fatta semplice solo con olio di oliva, o con il rosmarino, o con le olive verdi.

    Throw in an egg with that, and you have bannock. Flatten, not to thin, then poke holes in it with a fork. Then rub some butter, or lard on it when it's done. You can also use bacon fat/drippings in place of oil. Add raisins or cranberries if you like.

      Buonasera, ho usato la farina oo. Ma puoi usare anche altri tipi, però devi aggiungere poco per volta l' acqua per regolarla in base all assorbimento della farina 😉🤗

    Gabri se non metto il parmigiano devo sempre sovrapporre il secondo strato o posso cuocere uno strato alla volta (sempre con olio e acqua spalmato sopra)?

    Wenn ich früher kein Geld mehr hatte um Knabberzeugs zu kaufen (das war so vor 40-50 Jahren), dann habe ich genau sowas gemacht, allerdings ohne Rosmarin. Man kann den Teig mit allem möglichen würzen, mit viel Paprika z.B. oder Kümmel und Käsereste drüberstreuen.

      Exzellent!! :) Ich gebe oft gemischte Samen (Sonnenblume, Sesam usw.) in die Mischung und schneide sie dann in Quadrate. Gutes Wochenende!
