Not getting a dance because there’s someone better than you is not being mistreated, and like c’mon, we all know Nia’s technique was never really good and Chloe regressed a lot
Yeah but give them a chance to learn and grow as dancers with the technique...it’s also mature to stand up for what you think and honestly I’d rather have them stand up for themselves than not.
Fleetfatfox12 :3 I’m not shooting anyone down, I’m being honest. If u want me to put it in a good way, Abby has never worked with nia ‘s technique over the years as she got older and Chloe quit a long time ago.
I respect your opinion but i SOO disagree. I feel they both just had enough and stuck up for their kid. Like when Melissa started sticking up for McKenzie more often. I see what you're saying but imagine being Christie & Holly, Nia has been there for 7 years and still doesn't get the attention she deserves. Same with Chloe. And then a girl just walks in there and get the spot from the girls who have been there longer.
Mary Louise Patriarca uhm... the reality sucks but... chloe and nia’s technique is NOT good. It doesn’t matter how much have you spent on a studio! If you’re not good you don’t get solos. That was the main problem with the mothers, they’re way too delusional! 🤦♂️
Mary Louise Patriarca I understand, but at the same time, it just seem like the moms and the girls had the tone of now we have a new choreographer we can get all the solos and the spotlight. It’s like they expected Cheryl to come in and know that Chloe and Nia weren’t treated well by Abby so she is now obligated to give them all the solos. So when Cheryl isn’t giving them a solo for a week it becomes a push back from the moms and a little from the girls. And if the solos were Khalani and Cameron, holly and Christie would’ve still found a way to complain. I just think that they saw Cheryl bring a new girl in and get a solo and they just thought “hey that is something Abby would do I don’t like it” and they began to get rowdy.
Exactly! They jumped on her case when she did nothing to aggravate them. And Chloe was gone for years and they wanted the solos. So when this girl had amazing technique, it’s suddenly starts a fight. The jealousy was unreal in this episode and just plain unnecessary
she wanted her kid to have one with the name 'irreplaceables' so that she can become more popular, and no the mothers r not insane, it's as if u did not hear what the new mom said
•Sugar Diamond• yess.. u can stood up .. nothing wrong with that .. but make sure in a perfect time and occasion.. she stood up basically for nothing .. that just a fact .. especially 4 nia.. she had the opportunity but she blow it .. by what ?? She losing de competion .. cheryl give her and expect u got another one bcz u have a title as OG people ... them should just happy 4 other dancer
I watch Cheryl from DWTS and she’s an actual professional dancer and choreographer. Idk why they argued with her when she has more experience than all of them.
@@wj4992 THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR HAVING A BRAIN AND SEEING THE TRUTH! She is a drunken and not the perfect mom like everyone thinks she is ! She swore in front of small children all the time! She attached a 8 year old Maddie, when she was being manipulated by adults! Abby ,the producers, and even her mom ,but only because she wanted the best for her ! They did a video showing the worst adult influences on the children and of course Christi was on the list with Kelly Cathy and of course Abby ! It makes me sick that people think Christi and Kelly are saints, they are far from it ! Christi had a bad childhood, and has a huge chip on her shoulders ! Believe me my childhood was extremely much worse than hers ,and I could never actually like her !
The dance moms mastered the art of complaining, comparing, blaming and victimhood. A professional dancer won't succeed with that mentality. That's why most of their daughters are influencers now.
I think a lot of it is that Abby ruined these kids and destroyed their passion for dance because of the pressure she put on them. These kids were always told they weren’t good enough so ofc they’re gonna lose their passion for dance.
The new mom was literally so respectful when she first met the moms, she was dedicated to the team and never once said her child deserved the solo over the other kids. She literally said "this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I meant no disrespect and I apologize" . Literally point blank of who gets the solo's is who has better technique and who will pull out a win. It should have nothing to do with how long you have been at the studio. I think the moms were being very entitled.
@@rigamoriss i get that they were disappointed, but in the pro world if u don't keep up u get cut. they were experiencing this first hand, and tbh they had no reason to complain. you can't just walk into an open audition and expect to get the part just because you were overlooked in the past, yk? if someone better gets picked, you have to work for it more and improve.
@@rigamoriss I adore Chloe and Nia but they just had to work harder. Their technique was the worst on the team at this point. Nia improved a lot during the show but not enough to be better than Camryn and Kalani, and Chloe quit dance for 2 or 3 years. They shouldn’t just expect to get a solo handed to them, they had to work for it and show they had the technique (which they didn’t). If you‘re at an audition, they won’t pick the average dancers who have danced for 15 years or so. They’re gonna pick the person who’s danced for 4 or 5 years and has amazing technique. That’s show biz
@@rigamoriss Cheryl gave them solos, Nia even performed the week prior to this. These girls aren’t the only dancers in the world that deserve opportunities, the opportunity these girls had to dance on air every week most dancers would kill for, yet they couldn’t let another girl have a moment? The girls weren’t winning at competitions, Cheryl never put them down but she just wanted a win at this point for her own sake, the girls didn’t like it because it was a reality check, I’m not justifying what abby did to these girls, but when it come to putting her best foot forward in order to win I don’t feel she was wrong and the girls would take it personally not being featured as often, then use that as an excuse as to why they don’t do so well, but this happening just goes to show that all these choreographers want the same, if you don’t win you aren’t always going to be performing every week or featured.
See here, no offence to Nia or Chloe, but they need to understand that just by being here from 'the beginning' or from 'the start' doesn't necessarily mean you are the best or that you are entitled to anything. Christi and Nia always pull the 'I have been here the longest' card. That card has no value.
I understand but she brought a new girl in the team and she got a solo which she didn't deserve one and Chloe and nia could of been able to work on their technique while dancing in that solo so?
Did you not hear what nia said, and its true, she got the least opportunities out of all girls and she was there the longest. Imagine getting the least amount of solos, duets and trios in your whole 7 years of being there compared to someone there for like 2 or 3 or 4 years getting more than you…
@@nessquik14 okayy.. this isnt my top priority, lol maybe they werent picked for reasons, chloe and nia won lots of competitions & stuff. mind u babes this is a reality tv show they fake things ..
i hate the "i've been here for so long 🥺" argument. at a high level of _anything_ it doesn't matter how long you've been there. the _only_ thing that matters is skill level. if you've been working at a company for 40 years and only have mediocre skill, and someone who just got there is better than you, they will get the job because they are simply better. they deserve what they get because they have the talent to back it up. it is what it is.
@@tonygreen4769 that may be true but its more likely a talent issue. people will know that you're talented if you show it, no matter how long you've been there. if someone else is more talented there's no excuse, it is what it is.
@@facetious5268 i don't think it has something to do with talent.yes talent is a good thing but hardwork is even better.I personally think that the girls who has been here for so long are kind of underestimated for what they possess on the dance floor. reagan is good but come on she's just comes in then gets a solo. Why?
@@tonygreen4769 I agree that hard work is important, but the _most important_ of all is progress. At the end of the day, if dancer 1 is better than dancer 2, it doesn't matter how hard dancer 2 works, or how long dancer 2 has been there. Dancer 1 is going to win the competitions because dancer 1 is better, therefore dancer 1 will receive more opportunities. That is how the real world works. Also, of course no one would take anyone with mediocre skill into their company, that's the exact argument i'm making.
I was on Cheryls side on this one. She was non confrontantional, wanted a chance for her daughter worked hard for it. Raegan seemed like a nice and polite kid and the teacher said she had the best technique and they went after her like VULTURES
When she said they attacked her that’s what annoyed me they didn’t even address her directly they were more just sayin it’s sad how they get no opportunities
@@rigamoriss they kinda attacked her but kinda didn’t cus they said they were their longer and the Dance teacher gave a solo to a newer girl. Basically what they were saying.
Right, if someone’s better than you then you can’t just say you deserve it because you’ve been their longer, you go to a competition to win. I don’t agree with Abby on a lot but you can’t blame her for always wanting to put her best foot forward in order to win, and now they don’t like it because another coach has come in saying the exact same thing but this is the reality, all choreographers and dance companies want to win it’s not personal.
@@GM-dp3ef wrong, holly stood her ground against the bias and she did it with grace. Some women of color would have handled it like Black Patsy. Lol after 7 seasons???
i genuinely believe that 'being there for a long time' doesn't mean you DESERVE a solo. you deserve a solo when you can dance well enough to win (in this team)
that is true, however it's about morals and many dance companies are hungry off of winning and don't consider their long-time dancers for solo’s at all if someone there is better, which even if it’s logical considering winning is the main goal, it’s a sign of lack of morality and can come across as disrespect and ungratefulness so, if you're a dance teacher, even if someone there is better, one loss with a dancer who’s been there for a life time and by your side for ages isn’t going to tarnish your reputation; one win with a dancer who’s there for 5 seconds and might be better than your others isn’t going to rapidly boost your reputation either, so consider ALL factors when deciding solo’s and not just “who’s gonna win”
If these girls auditioned for Broadway or the West End, the amount of years in a dance class they have been there, or how much their mother puts in means NOTHING. The best dancer who is never late will get the job!
Here’s the thing... love Nia, but in the real dance world no one cared how long you’ve put time into something. If someone is better they are going to get the part 🤷🏻♀️
I agree yeah I do think she deserves more parts but I feel she thinks she just automatically deserves opportunities just because she’s been there the longest
I love Chloe and Nia, but they need to know that being an OG isn't going to get you anywhere when it comes to dance or anything professional. I'm really glad they stood up for themsleves tho.

And i think the moms and the girks started to realize thst this season because they all had a very limited window left on the show befire they actually had to go out into the real world... And they werent ready..
Christi needs to calm down, Reagan’s Mum didn’t say anything wrong, they asked her “do you EXPECT a solo?” And she said “I would LIKE her to have a solo”
I think Christi meant that, that her daughter didn't need a solo because this new team is for these irreplaceables and they didn't even want a new girl there so arbitrarily
I disagree bc she walked in there and started to boohoo that she left her old studio which was her choice and then proceeded to say that her daughter on the first day of being there needed a solo. Bc it is quite rude to walk into a new studio and just go ahead and put it out there that your daughter needed a solo without even being there for a week. I would be pretty upset as a parent if some new mom walked in and said that her daughter needed a solo. And Nia and Chloe handled it very well they didn’t call the Reagan any names they just said it how it was which was pretty mature in their part.
Chloe Lowell Because Chloe and Nia made it seem like they were entitled a solo because they were there since the beginning, it’s not Reagan or her mom’s fault she got a solo the day she walked in.

I understand you want an opportunity to do a solo but when it comes down to it Regan has fantastic technique and is better than Nia and Chloe so she should have the solo.
They both use that og card a lot which means absolutely nothing. I love them but they can’t expect to get every opportunity just because they’ve been there the longest. The dance industry really doesn’t care how long you’ve been dancing they will always pick the best dancers
why do all the moms get mad when theirs someone new and they get a solo. and you can use the excuse ‘ I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR YEARS ‘ like they don’t care how long you have been doing this they are just looking at your dancing ability
I completely disagree and here’s why. How would you feel if you have been committed to dancing for such a long time and you wanted to get the special part in a peice? But then, some new person joins your studio and gets the part after practing at other studios? How fair do you think that is?🤔
I feel bad for Chloe and Nia, but if you know your technique isn’t good then why doesn’t she just practice and get better? I think they just aren’t motivated anymore, which is sad because I love watching them when they loved dance.😔
I love Chloe but I thought it was a bit rude when she said “we put out blood, sweat, and tears into this etc” as if the other girl hadn’t worked really hard as well and didn’t deserve it. The ogs were so rude. It's a shame how Holly acted. I thought she was the one with common sense. Like which parent would not like their kid to do a solo?
But it’s the dance world. That’s how it works. They aren’t going to show anyone any love, they are going to pick the best dancers to shine and stand out. If you aren’t the best then you won’t be picked. Nia and Chloe aren’t the best
The og’s were being so annoying here. Being on the team longest doesnt mean youre entitled to anything, competitive dance is about technique and winning.
Katherine Emm they weren't. Chloe and Nia were dissapointed they didn't get enough opportunities since they were there for a long time and didn't get enough even when they left
BTS ARMY see but that’s what im saying- competitive dance is not about being fair it’s about what’s gonna win. Nia and Chloe realistically were not as strong as Reagan was as a dancer. Doesn’t matter how long they have been around, it’s about who’s a better dancer.
Ngl the moms and the girls were talking about Reagan bcuz they couldn’t just be happy for her, they had to name reasons why they should have a solo and not her. She’s like 11, come on now.
This is where I don’t like the og moms, like it’s not the new mom choosing the solos, it was the coach. If you rly have that much anger in you for just a solo, talk to the coach about it, not a kids mom. They weren’t welcoming at all, and their kids just basically told the new girl she didn’t deserve it. No offense or anything, but in the real world, people don’t care how much time you put in, if your better, then you just get the part. They were cussing right to the new mom right in front of her own child. I’m a huge Christi fan but what she did right here is just wrong. I’m sorry.
Unfortunately the moms are passing on the same attitude to their daughters. They think because she’s new and they’ve been there longer she doesn’t deserve a solo. The real world will eat you up if you think like that. This is a competition dance, yes someone brand new can take your spot in a heartbeat. Abby has always told them that and they still haven’t learned?
I love how brutually honest Cheryl was lmao. She straight up told them that Reagan had better technique. 😂 She’s cutthroat. But she was right. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been there or how much you show up. It matters who’s giving the best results and winning. Nia said so herself she never really had great technique and Chloe, (while still being a good dancer), regressed a bit because she hasn’t competed in a while. While this isn’t really their fault and doesn’t make them horrible dancers, it’s just reality that Reagan was better at this point. So Cheryl makes sense because Cheryl wants to win so she put the dancer with the best technique (at the time) forward. Also Reagan was new and Cheryl wanted to see what the new dancer can do. Almost every new dancer gets a solo when they join so idk why the moms are acting brand new and taking it overboard. This was a really pointless and stupid fight and the moms ganging up on that new mom was extra af.
And whom else are they supposed to think about? It's the last season for them so of course they want a solo. And by the way afterthought Cheryl felt what they were saying and at the end new girl was dropped and she gave them all solos.
Yeah but especially Nia really did try but was always set aside and not given equal attention. Take this from a girl that did rhythmic gymnastics for 7 year and was always put aside no matter what I did. Of course they know people will be better than them but it was unfair. What they said is very legit

I agree with Cheryl on this one. The moms have to understand, that getting is solo is based on how good of a dancer you are and if you are going to win. It's not based on how long you have been on the team. And we all know that Nia and Chloe have below average technique for their age. Also, this is a new team. It's not the aldc team. And I don't think Christi and Chloe can say that Chloe deserves a solo as well, because Chloe literally quit for 3 years. And when she danced again, instead of joining her team, she joined their biggest rival (MDP) and Christi thought it was ok. And why does Christi have to yell at every single person she meets? I understand the moms yelled at Reagans mom too, but they don't yell at people all the time. To Christi, it doesn't matter how long ago they met ANY person. And Reagan's mom was trying to be respectful. Even though, she was getting a little disrespectful towards the end, that was only because of the mom's behavior. And they should know Reagan does deserve to get a solo, because she has been kicked off her other competition teams, so she really needed to be on that team, but the moms weren't even TRYING to understand her, or be polite, because she was a guest. And Christi was mad that Melissa was trying to be friends with Cathy and Jill when they joined, but Melissa was doing the right thing. She was trying to be polite because they had just joined. All the moms should have done that, maybe then, this would not have happened.
@@lapislazuli3041 Whether it was real or not, solos are still based on who is going to win. And the only reason they used for why they should get solo, is that they been there longer than Reagan. I think Chloe and Nia had more solos than Camryn, Kalani, and Reagan.

Rosa Myren Yes they were. They were ALWAYS pressed, ESPECIALLY Holly, whenever a new kid came in that happened to be better than their kid. But don’t get mad bc a new kid does have it. I can understand them being irritated w Maddie bc the three of them had been at the same studio for a similar amount of years and it was blatantly obvious that Abby played favorites. But in season seven, they were jealous
tehehe liyah And Nia’s also had chances to go out on stage and prove herself (solos, duets, GROUP DANCES) and been dancing since she was three. She also had class and rehearsal. So who’s fault is it really?
Oliviaaa Abby because she purposely gives her bad choreography. When tons of dance instructors have said “Abby is a horrible teacher, and abusive.” That’s say something. Also Abby is racist, you really think she was going to give Nia a solo without stereotyping or giving her a role that makes fun of her race or makes her look bad. Same thing with Chloe except Abby hated her mother so she took it on Chloe.
I feel like nia and Chloe need to realize this: Just bc you’ve been somewhere a long time doesn’t mean you are a better dancer than somebody else who comes along. It’s about who will dance better, not about who’s been there longer. Just bc you’ve been there doesn’t mean you’re better and doesn’t mean you’re more deserving. I think everyone overreacted about that.

At the end of the day I understand and know that she’s been there for 7 years, but u can’t complain when u don’t have anything to show for it. Nia was old enough to start working on her techniques by herself, y wait to go to dance class and have some one repeatedly yell at u to fix ur technique?
omg those moms! leave the new mom alone. they are full of drama and they just want to make a schene, they even made chloe and nia so used to it that they take up a little bit of that feature
So glad how Cheryl just put her foot down and not shaken by the mothers' egos. Also, am happy Cheryl served it to both Nia and Chloe...at least she did it quite gracefully...in the real world and when you're a lot older, people just tell you off without caring whether their words or the way they present their insult is graceful or not.
Nia stood up for herself and so did Chloe. That’s good. You don’t bring in a guest and give them a solo over your own dancers and then say the guest is better than them. Honestly this is not an improvement from Abby. Chloe and nia were always in the back at aldc and same with the irreplaceables, which is ridiculous. Honestly all those girls are better than Reagan by far. Also Chloe and nia didn’t attack Regan. If Reagan can’t handle older girls standing up for thereselves than she shouldn’t be there. Also 11 year olds shouldn’t be Dancing with 15 year olds. I’m glad Kira and Camille got upset even though they were talking about nia and Chloe, they are a true team.
Ava Myers First off they aren’t Cheryls dancers they just brought her in to fill Abbys spot, second of all Nia, Chloe, and Kendall can get out danced by Reagan (mainly bc of her technique) and lastly it’s no different from when Brooke was 13 or 14 dancing with a bunch of 5-10 yr olds
I honestly don't think Cheryl cares about the fact that she said Raegan has better technique because its a fact. And they are not Cheryl's dancers she just brought in to fill a spot
unfortunately what nia and chloe don’t understand is that in the real world, you don’t get opportunities handed to you based on your past, you could be the longest running team member and put all your effort into dance but that will not guarantee every single opportunity you get. I love nia, but she shouldn’t of brought up a guilt tripping story to cheryl.
Nia said she knows her technique is not good and she's been there for 7 years if you haven't improved on your own technique after 7 years you just answered your own question why you didn't get picked for a solo

Fleetfatfox12 :3 I’m not shooting anyone down, I’m being honest. If u want me to put it in a good way, Abby has never worked with nia ‘s technique over the years as she got older and Chloe quit a long time ago.
John Starlim well that’s Abby’s fault and u shouldn’t be tearing them down bc of her
Those moms were something else on the last season. Christie coming back definitely changed the tone and Holly definitely started being more snappier.
Eodrod Christy is so toxic and holly is not who she was before
I respect your opinion but i SOO disagree.
Do u blame them tho

The dance moms mastered the art of complaining, comparing, blaming and victimhood. A professional dancer won't succeed with that mentality. That's why most of their daughters are influencers now.

@@rigamoriss true, I agree
The girls weren’t winning at competitions, Cheryl never put them down but she just wanted a win at this point for her own sake, the girls didn’t like it because it was a reality check, I’m not justifying what abby did to these girls, but when it come to putting her best foot forward in order to win I don’t feel she was wrong and the girls would take it personally not being featured as often, then use that as an excuse as to why they don’t do so well, but this happening just goes to show that all these choreographers want the same, if you don’t win you aren’t always going to be performing every week or featured.

i hate the "i've been here for so long 🥺" argument.
at a high level of _anything_ it doesn't matter how long you've been there. the _only_ thing that matters is skill level. if you've been working at a company for 40 years and only have mediocre skill, and someone who just got there is better than you, they will get the job because they are simply better. they deserve what they get because they have the talent to back it up. it is what it is.
but the person who's been here for long probably gets overlooked most of the time
@@tonygreen4769 that may be true but its more likely a talent issue. people will know that you're talented if you show it, no matter how long you've been there. if someone else is more talented there's no excuse, it is what it is.
@@facetious5268 i don't think it has something to do with talent.yes talent is a good thing but hardwork is even better.I personally think that the girls who has been here for so long are kind of underestimated for what they possess on the dance floor. reagan is good but come on she's just comes in then gets a solo. Why?
And plus why would take a person with a mediocre skill in there company ?
@@tonygreen4769 I agree that hard work is important, but the _most important_ of all is progress. At the end of the day, if dancer 1 is better than dancer 2, it doesn't matter how hard dancer 2 works, or how long dancer 2 has been there. Dancer 1 is going to win the competitions because dancer 1 is better, therefore dancer 1 will receive more opportunities. That is how the real world works.
Also, of course no one would take anyone with mediocre skill into their company, that's the exact argument i'm making.

i genuinely believe that 'being there for a long time' doesn't mean you DESERVE a solo. you deserve a solo when you can dance well enough to win (in this team)
Stephanie Cheng ikr
that is true, however it's about morals and many dance companies are hungry off of winning and don't consider their long-time dancers for solo’s at all if someone there is better, which even if it’s logical considering winning is the main goal, it’s a sign of lack of morality and can come across as disrespect and ungratefulness
so, if you're a dance teacher, even if someone there is better, one loss with a dancer who’s been there for a life time and by your side for ages isn’t going to tarnish your reputation; one win with a dancer who’s there for 5 seconds and might be better than your others isn’t going to rapidly boost your reputation either, so consider ALL factors when deciding solo’s and not just “who’s gonna win”

Love that Chloe and Nia stood up for themselves but dance isn’t about who’s been dancing wherever the longest it’s about who is the best dancer that will win.

The og’s were being so annoying here. Being on the team longest doesnt mean youre entitled to anything, competitive dance is about technique and winning.
Katherine Emm I understand why they are sad but I mean if regan is better than she deserves it
Christina G agreed!
Katherine Emm they weren't. Chloe and Nia were dissapointed they didn't get enough opportunities since they were there for a long time and didn't get enough even when they left
XxPink_ LoverxX yeah they were. Being there a long time doesn’t mean you deserve a solo. Being a strong dancer does.

I’m sorry.

Awe nia and chloe are so strong the fact that they stood up and said that is amazing 🥺

It’s like Christi and Holly can’t think about anyone else’s situation but theirs.
And whom else are they supposed to think about? It's the last season for them so of course they want a solo. And by the way afterthought Cheryl felt what they were saying and at the end new girl was dropped and she gave them all solos.

@@willkelly4690 there is more chances for nia and chloe to get solos and opportunities. just because they didn't get a solo that week, doesn't mean they won't get a solo next week. just because they've been there the longest, doesn't mean they should be above the rest of the kids or have special treatment.

The girls acted entitled in this and it’s the first time they have. Blood, sweat and tears? Every other dancer that wants it just as much or worse than you have put in more, Chloe. That’s so unlike them to act like that
I agree, they act entitled, and they think they deserve everything, and more just because they left abby and their actually succesful thanks to the show and social media because if it wasn't for those things, they wouldn't be where they are right now. Regan was really sweet to them and the girls were so entitled and rude.
They know it's the last season for all of them that's why.
@shonny j If they have been in the back all their careers as competitive dancers, that says a lot about their dancing and their future in the industry...Thats why they are influencers, and not dancers anymore

Finally someone who gets it. Everyone else thinks the light shines out of Christie's butt.
Same I don’t like Christi at all even Chloe try’s to be kind than her own mother.
The competitions weren’t real at this point. It’s counting down to be their last time to dance and they know that so they wanted a solo.
@@lapislazuli3041 Whether it was real or not, solos are still based on who is going to win. And the only reason they used for why they should get solo, is that they been there longer than Reagan. I think Chloe and Nia had more solos than Camryn, Kalani, and Reagan.
@@sabawaqas8019

@@lapislazuli3041 @lapislazuli3041 But Dance Moms needs to make it look like the competitions are real. Which is why Cheryl giving Reagan a solo. And what is the point of getting a solo if it's not even a real competition? And no hate to you Nia, and Chloe but I think it would have been a better choice to fight for a solo at the week of Nationals. And they had duet after 3 years that ALL the girls wanted, and that should mean more to them than a typical solo. They wanted a duet, they got it, and now they want a solo. They can't always get what they want. And since the other girls didn't get the really special with Chloe, it was only fair that they get a solo. No hate to Nia and Chloe obviously They are great dancers and really kind people. I just think they over did it with fighting for a solo when they're the ones that got a really special duet.

JORDAINE You go to a dance competition to win, not to be polite to your teammates. Cheryl made the right call. She picked the dancers that had the strongest chance of winning.
I feel like Nia shouldn’t be saying she was an og on the team for a reason for her to do solos and not be back up because if she was on the team the longest she should have one of the best techniques and be one of the best but sadly she’s really not

Rosa Myren Yes they were. They were ALWAYS pressed, ESPECIALLY Holly, whenever a new kid came in that happened to be better than their kid. They thought that because they had been at ALDC and on DM for sooo long that they deserved it all when that’s not the case. If their kids have nothing to show for it then oh well. But don’t get mad bc a new kid does have it. I can understand them being irritated w Maddie bc the three of them had been at the same studio for a similar amount of years and it was blatantly obvious that Abby played favorites. tehehe liyah And Nia’s also had chances to go out on stage and prove herself (solos, duets, GROUP DANCES) and been dancing since she was three.

Lauren Johnson Well too bad. That’s the dance world for ya. You’ve gotta be good or you’ve gotta go.
unfortunately what nia and chloe don’t understand is that in the real world, you don’t get opportunities handed to you based on your past, you could be the longest running team member and put all your effort into dance but that will not guarantee every single opportunity you get. I love nia, but she shouldn’t of brought up a guilt tripping story to cheryl.
Nia said she knows her technique is not good and she's been there for 7 years if you haven't improved on your own technique after 7 years you just answered your own question why you didn't get picked for a solo
