The previous government and big business mismanaged messed up unbelievably big time letting house prices continue to raise out of control creating a bubble that will take a generation (if ever!) for house prices to come back down into the reach of the average workers (most young people) income to purchase. Labour (they're not dumb) have knowingly done a big reset and left the young new generation in the cold having to save every penny therefore give up a healthy life style (normal life). Most will (have to leave) be struggling to meet rent let alone thinking of saving to buy a home or even have children (shocking this has become an issue). Is this all good for the country? There's no excuse for such negligence towards the NZ people from the previous labour government and nz big business, recession for the people and markets adding long term depression for the people, extra load on the health system (mostly messed up psychological stuff). No worries for the upper branches of previous labour lead government officials where many have retired from government most still fairly young now living off status and tax payers money till the day they die. Did most of the above things actually really happen and is there any truth there? Look around you as they say, the poof is in the pudding. Looking to the future which we need to do, but learning from the past is more important and should be thoroughly openly reviewed discussed in depth if we’re going to go forward living smarter. My 2cents

We still believe the market will fall further into late 2024 and potentially early 2025. Keep the below variables in mind when buying (explained in the video above) and you'll be in a good position:
- Average house price vs last six months
- Inventory - Over supply of properties not selling
- Interest Rate Fluctuations
- Affordability
- Phillips Curve
