Fair play to you for highlighting this, unfortunately nothing has changed 12 months on. Need the tv cameras or undercover in there sooner rather than later. It’s not the nurses at fault it’s the system, in my opinion…

It's a corporation. That's why she could state what she said. Check with Dun and Bradstreet and see if they are registered as a private corporation?
    Keep pushing..

To answer your question the dpp has no appetite to prosecute the public bodies, even if they can't take a case on one person the doo can take any case under the vicarious liability act. Many deaths are wilful negligence and if we let our loved ones die in our care in these circumstances we would be charged with wilful negligence, but is ok to let it happen in a place where duty of care is owed.

I was listening with interest to this until you said it was sinister that people going into hospital with non-life-threatening conditions then died of Covid - that's not sinister. That was the nature of the beast. And it was exactly why staff didn't want visitors or anybody extra in the hospital because they were at risk and putting everyone else at risk jf Covid too.
I'm sorry about the victims here. Maybe I don't get the full story, but it seems like one of those times when Covid made everything difficult.

The Burkes are a bloody nuisance to society. They stick their noses in where not helpful. The sinister thing is the Burke's unqualified interference, they're a scourge.
