Thanks for the heads up about the lid and it popup. I knew the gas built up, but I didn't know that you could depress the lid to acount for that.

Hi, I'm looking into getting a Jobo (have an opportunity to buy a plain CPE2 like yours) & learnt a lot from your vid! How's the CPE2 holding up now that you've had it for a year? Also, I'm presuming that you need the cap attached with the inversion type lid, whereas using the cog lid holds liquid without spillage? But then, if anything was to go wrong during the process, as you experienced, the inversion lid w cap can save you!

I sold this one and got one with the lift. I would 100% recommend the lift. Also the new one with the lift held up for an entire year so far.

I have had a CPE2 for over a year and I have never used it! I only have the small single-roll tank and I feel like it's a faff to just do one roll at a time. It's a shame you can't adapt a Paterson tank to fit the CPE2.. The lift attachment looks great!

I just got 3 new reels and the 1530 tank module so I can process 6 rolls at once. I'm still itching to get that lift

@@SprocketHoles I was thinking of selling it off, but you've inspired me to get the 1530 tank! I now need to find enough Jobo reels.. CPE2s with the lift is going for ridiculous prices on ebay UK.
