Okay, so here's MY theory with the last animation (not that anyone cares XD) Beth is the one who woke up first, but when you look at the time, they both woke up at the same time and everything is happening back to back. Beth physically woke up at 3am while lily woke up in a sleep paralysis at 3am. when lily is in her sleep paralysis, she sees her sister Beth open the door at 23:07 (which actually happened) She wakes up and hears the sound of broken glass (and at that point is when her sister Beth gets snatched by other lily) she grabs her bat, and On the way of lily going down stairs, she glances into her sisters (beth) room and sees that she isnt there. She gets to the kitchen and sees the broken glass by the back door. She then turns around to hit "Beth" which turned out to be other lily and other lily kills the Real lily. Hopefully that was clear enough to understand.

I didn't have the heart to ask her what happened in the dream. I respect anyone & everyone who has to endure such a tortuous thing & keep fighting to live happily. I'm not sure I'd be able to endure that. I think I'd give up. She & I are still very close friends & she still has her fight with the terrors of sleep paralysis. Then, Lilly came downstairs and the window to the door was broken, but it was only broken after Beth was snatched through it. Here’s my theory, the Other Lilly is a time and space bending entity that shapeshifts and time loops to capture its victims. It took Beth through the window and Lilly saw her checking in right before this happened. Then, it took Lilly and when Beth checked in, she wasn’t there, prompting her to check the kitchen and get bodied through the window.
I had similar theory but instead of a time loop. It seemed reminiscent of when she checked on her after she had woken up from the nightmare, and she might have left because she didn’t see her sister there. Then, Lilly came downstairs and the window to the door was broken, but it was only broken after Beth was snatched through it. Here’s my theory, the Other Lilly is a time and space bending entity that shapeshifts and time loops to capture its victims. It took Beth through the window and Lilly saw her checking in right before this happened. Then, it took Lilly and when Beth checked in, she wasn’t there, prompting her to check the kitchen and get bodied through the window.
Honestly, your the first person I saw comment on the time bending thing that I've seen so far. I agree with that theory.

Lilly's sleep paralysis tuned her into an ascended dimension which is why she could see just the figure of her sister while in bed but see the monster clearly. So in theory, everything was happening in real-time but Beth had a premonition of the future.
