*Muslims especially Jinnah did not do any struggle for the independence of India from the British. All he did was to create mayhem in India like the Direct Action in Calcutta in 1946 in which more than 10,000 Hindus got killed, to pressurize Hindus and British for the partition of India. Jinnah or any of his colleagues in Muslim League never had to go to jail unlike Gandhi, Nehru, Subhash Chanda and Lala Lajpat Rai or Master Tara Singh. Jinnah in fact was an agent of British who wanted to see a weaker India once they give independence to the British India. Muslims do not have democracy in their DNA as Islam can not coexist with democracy*

*Are you claiming that Jinnah and his gang of Nawabs in Muslim League all had worked under Hindus? If this is the case the entire USA, UAE and Europe must have thrown all Indians who mostly work on high and managerial post under or with whom hundreds of Christians Jews and even Muslims feel proud to work Microsoft and Google has almost 50% professionals who are Hindus and the CEO of TH-cam and Windows are also Indians. coming back to India, Muslims ruled at least north India for almost 700 years then British for another 200 years or so. Hindus never ruled Muslims in the Hintory and even today it is democracy based on majority rule with equal rights to its Muslim citizens. Jinnh-ah took away most of the fasadi, Jehadi aur auladi Muslims from India in 1947. We are thankful to Jinn-ah and Ghandi for their farsightedness in giving a fresh life to Hindus. Get it*@@asadraza1666

Not entirely true. Lot of the fasadi Muslims who voted for Jinnahs party stayed back in UP, Bihar, Maharashtra, Kerala and south. Most of these places had voted for Jinnahs party in 1946. But they prbly expected their areas to also be part of Pakistan. And didn’t realize the implications of having to leave their property and leave. You had so many fasadi Muslims rioting and then later doing bomb blasts and crime after 1947. You should know that Jinnah won his seat from what is not Byculla area in Mumbai and it is still a Muslim dominated area.

I am surprised by someone with his stature (chkout his bio) also keeps repeating the stock line, " Muslims ruled India for 1000 years". Not exactly. There were bandits who invaded and who happen to be Muslims. Their numbers were very small. The rest were converted Hindus who adopted Islam largely to get obvious benefits by adopted religion of the rulers. This conversion happened gradually, over the centuries. Then there always were Hindu Kingdoms throughout the years in various parts of India.

This was an erudite discussion. As an Indian I get a clear picture that Pakistan was created on the principle of DOMINATION. Stark opposite India was created on the idea of EQUALITY among citizens. That has created the dichotomy where we presently are. In India say an cyclone hits Orissa. The response of all Indians is that a cyclone has hit India and every state and centre allocates resources to rescue. Unlike Pakistan where when cyclone hit east Bengal, no help came. We Indians know that every state has a different culture, language, economy etc. But there seems to be no animosity, rather people seem to be attracted to each others culture. This is because the baseline is that we are all equal Indian's. Moreover, whichever state within India started the culture of segregation and domination got itself ruined. Example JK, some states of North-East and Himachal. The reason being people from other states stopped investing in these states leading their slow decline. Whereas open to all states like Maharashtra, UP, Bihar, West bengal, entire South Indian states has seen their economies booming albeit being at different pace. It also ensures that all states act as insurance for other states in trouble. The aim is the poorer states be helped to get richer, since that is the easiest maths to achieve.

Hindus are not free even in India. The concept of nation state that was implemented by UK educated Indians without understanding that it was not possible in india without massive bloodshed because we were diverse country with 1000s of kingdoms with mixed race population. Due to diversity even Islam, Christianity and communism failed to takeover India quickly. Hindus had ceded the political space to Islam Christianity and Communists. We need to see if hindutva could provide confidence in Hindus to enter the political space and defend itself.

    • @skagraw2
      @skagraw2 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

This is a lie. Hindus became peaceful due to budhism. To counter budhism popularity, bhakti yog was introduced. Before that all the tapasya was to gain shakti n shiddhi so that you can grow wealth and kingdom. Ashwamegh yagya (our version of expansionism), rajsuya yagya (our version of imperialism). Sanatan is all about monarchy and brahmanwad. Sanatan became weak because down the line its custodian and intellectuals modified/misinterpreted the original and some created derivative literature with different ideology altogether that lead to its destruction.

Their religion teaches jihad and jihad only. They will keep killing each other. Afghans will kill Punjabi Muslims and punjabis will kill Balochs. Then they will justify by saying that the whole world is conspiring against them.

After his death hard core islamists went for total independent nations. Jinnah who was with Congress jumped the ship and joined the idea of muslim league. On other hand the British who had won the war and in their first cabinet meet in London PM Churchill raised a question - How to stop the Soviets reach warm waters of Indian Ocean ! Answer , create a buffer ie muslim Pakistan. Marryied about a dozen women besides a lot of laundiyaa, divorced eleven, forcibly had sex with the women of the defeated enemy and when he was fed up with them, sold them for money, married a six year old child when he was old enough to be her grand father, declared women as half of men in intelligence, saw most of them in Zahannam because of the menstruation, practised all inhuman behaviour towards the Kafirs (Best example of democracy?), took the path of deception to kill the Kafirs and etc. etc. etc. Islam is best represented by Muhammad.

violence is not due to the nation-state. It is resource distribution by political powers. Resources are controlled by one group and other ethnic group wants more. Fighting is in the culture and religion education of Abrahamic religions. India is very unique nation due to its heritage and religion. All this propaganda against India is from Western countries, leftist and Islamic societies because they don't have the same well-run elections and transfer of power.
India was left as a dead and dirt-poor country. But people have been enterprising. SINCE 2014 Business is growing and competing in the world. India was the richest country before the British robbery. It will be the richest country again in 30 years.

It also depends on how the ruling dispensation deals with issues, what its vision and blueprint for progress are and on what path it takes the nation.
India dealt with the language issue, much before Pakistan did, in a progressive way by creating states in linguistic basis. In Pakistan, it resulted in the break-up of the country.
India passed laws on land ceiling and implemented these. Pakistan didn't.
General Ayyub Khan went to the US President and asked for arms and ammunition; Nehru went and asked for science and technology.
When there were law and order problems, Indian political leaders dealt with the problems themselves and tried to find a solution; in Pakistan, political leaders, when riots broke out, handed over the issue to the army to deal with it.
India always has had a blueprint for industrialization; I think Pakistan never had it.
    General Ayyub Khan

Dr.Ishtiaq Ahmad is a fake Al- Taqiya practicing pseudo secular so called liberal Muslim who is peddling lies & doing propoganda against Indian Nationalist Leaders like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel,RSS & Hinduism. He criticizes Hinduism at the drop of hat but never criticizes Islam which endorses Racism, Slavery,Firqaparasti & denies equal rights to women. Now a days he is advocating people to people contact, trade relations & allowing easy movement of people but easily forgets to highlight the point that what India would gain by doing so.I think that by doing so Pakistan will be winner & gain everything whereas India will be looser & terrorist activities of Pakistani based organisation will rise so India should not fall prey to such tactics by Pakistan.Dr.Iahtiaq Ahmad is always full of praise for Nehru,Azad & Congress who were nothing but Hindu haters & wanted to keep Hindus suppressed/ subjugated as such they made Muslims stay back in India after partition by appeasing them.Maulana Azad was not even born in India, never had any formal education was made first education minister of independent India & he glorified all Muslim rulers who carried out systematic genocide of Hindus, carried out forced conversions of Hindus & whitewashed Indian History. The list is long but make the story short Ishtiaq Ahmad & all other so called Pakistani intellectuals are nothing but Hindu haters & love only those Indian leaders who appease Muslims & keep Hindus suppressed/subjugated & are soft towards Pakistan.

USA dictated all European countries to free all the countries that Europe had colonized and were ruling at the time of 2nd WW.
Under American presuure so many countries became free. Jinnah, Gandhi and Nehru had no impact in US decision.
Their struggle was genine. But we did not get freedom because of their independence struggle.

This is a good discussion and your guest is obviously asking people to think critically about issues fundamental to your country. But at 52:47, he, like a lot of people from your country starts saying India is becoming a “Hindu Rashtra”. At least your educated class needs to understand that this is an impossibility, both constitutionally and physically, due to the sheer diversity and size of India. Falling for propaganda is easy, but since you seem to be an informed host, you need to get the real facts, and challenge your guests when they parrot the same old tired lines about “Hindu Rashtra”. Peace ✌🏼
