@@Psylent sorry it's taken me so long to reply i didnt see any of them till now! to clear up any confusion, you guys do have the right timestamp; i was referring to where cornifer asked the knight if he had a nose at all, not the actual quote in the void area, i didnt realize how little it did but if you read the whole thing you'll notice the fourth line is in fact about nostrils and its in bold. i though the bold would do more.... but yeah. hope the explanation made it make sense/finally be funny?
I'm genuinely impressed by these VAs. I wouldn't even call this work "pretty good for a mod" because this is far beyond that. It's incredible, period. Everyone sounds exactly like how I'd imagine them in my head and they still give me chills. I'm pretty sure if I snuck this mod onto my friend's PC before her first playthrough she wouldn't even notice the discrepancy between the official noises and the fan-made voicelines.
The backers voiced parts is really good, "You can really do anything you set your mind to, just look around you" now has two contexts, the game and the vocalization project. 3:26:08
Cornifer and Iselda sound exactly like I imagined, Myla's voice is absolutely amazing, Quirrel has a very fitting voice, Stag also has a fitting voice, False Knight's voice was very funny, Snail Shaman sounds exactly as I imagined, The Hunter's voice is actually perfect.
Almost 10 hours of just casual hollow Knight, I’m proud of our community. Sad he didn’t get dreamnail before false Knight so we could get Mace Bug’s dialogue.
I auditioned for this project as a bunch of voices. I got none of them. And I was extremely upset by not getting anything. After hearing all of the voices I applied for, I'm not upset anymore. They absolutely nailed those voices! Everyone in this project did an absolutely amazing job!
One thing you missed (at least the first time) is the item descriptions in the shop are voiced as well. Additional lines for Sly, Iselda, Salubra, etc.

"Why are you crying so much? It's just a line of dream dialogue!" The line of dream dialogue: "...Father?" I'm both sad and happy that they cut it off because it destroys me just to think about it.
@eduvieira2022 it's not present in the vocalized version (unfortunately), nor is it in the main game. But both Pure Vessel and The Hollow Knight were supposed to have dream dialogues. Pure Vessel's would say "Don't think / Don't speak / Don't hope / Don't...". Hollow Knight's lines would be mostly The Radiance barking orders along the lines of "KILL HIM!", or at least taking control over the Hollow Knight's mind. But there's also this one line that is supposed to represent the Hollow Knight temporarily regaining control over himself, mistaking the Knight for the Pale King and calling out to him saying "...Father?". Up to you to decide which lines are more heartbreaking ahah, it's a shame they didn't make it into the final game, they're one of those things that are just too good not to be considered canon.
Everything about this mod is great . I do think that the charm descriptions being VA’d is a bit distracting when I’m trying to pick my charms, but it’s not too bad. Overall, 9/10, very good 👍

I think of all of them, Snail Shaman's voice acting blends with the game the most seemlessly (i literally would not have been able to tell if i didn't know)
I imagined cloth to have a strong scottish/Irish accent, when I played the game I tried reading out her dialogue in a scottish accent but the words she was saying were really hard to say 😭
Honestly I expected Quirrel to have more of a Spanish accent, he never really struck me as a British guy. But nonetheless, ALL of this voice acting is exceptional!!! Especially Quirrel, he's my favorite character :D

Is the voice of the lore tablets ProZD? Not too good at telling voices apart, but it reminds me a bit of his role as Zeus in Apotheon.
