Looks like a win-win-win. I wear glasses so these would be Great! I considered the EV 100's but have heard the screen fov is small. Would love to try these. They offer too many positive features. Diversity, DVR, I/O AV & HDMI ports, can also be used for gaming. Lastly, If in the future I change, the removable unit would be fantastic for spectators. Love your channel!

For us older guys getting into FPV, having a box goggle that blocks most light when wearing glasses is what we're looking for. The ability to use the detachable screen as a separate monitor if/when we upgrade goggles is just the icing on the cake.
These would be perfect for flying fpv legally here in the U.S. you could easily switch between los/fpv and you could just attach the screen to your taranis which would be super awesome!

I just love the shape of these goggles. I'm blind in one eye and thinking of taking the plunge into fpv, but I've always been wary of my disability. The fact that I can wear my glasses is a real bonus and takes away some of the initial fear that I have. Loved the review and I don't think the weight would be an issue for me. Cheers Pat
These goggles look AWESOME! The periscope is a welcome innovation. I like that they are trying out different designs and not just pumping out the same old thing. The double mirrors behave like the Cassegrain telescope giving you a much longer focal length in a short body.
I like the idea of having access with glasses, and popping out the screen for setting up your own copters at home without having to wear goggles. Great box style goggles!
If you can live with the transport size, these box goggles will destroy any traditional goggle like Fatsharks in every single way. Way more immersive, way more FOV, crisper HD like image, better colours, easier to see small details like branches, more fun to fly with, etc
Interactive DNA.....vast majority of FPV transmitters are analogue, not HD....These goggles are for FPV and real flying, not gaming with an X Box. You can wear normal reading glasses with them...You are missing the key points and features of the product.
I wouldn't want a bigger FOV while flying. And don't the HDO's have good screens? OLED screens are really good, the only thing holding it back is the video quality coming from the quad
Why wouldn't you want a bigger FOV? Bigger FOV is more immersive, feels like you are actually inside the quad flying. Bigger FOV is like watching a movie in IMAX while fatshark FOV is like watching a movie on a computer monitor.
GhBeee FPV it all comes down to personal preference, but I like being able to see everything without having to look around too much, especially if I'm doing some proximity
i love the clarity that these goggles provide and i especially like the detachable screen display. I would love to have these as my first goggles so i can get out flying with Granger soon.

I enjoy the innovated design and no eye strain. I'm using a pair of tactic box goggles right now and they are uncomfortable and after using them my eyes feel like they are gonna pop out of my head so to hear that there is a pair of box goggles that go above and beyond for people who enjoy just one solid screen. These Goggles are sweet, I happen to like box goggles for the larger screen size and the immersiveness of such, however my eyes are not as good as they once were and therefore I would have to wear reading glasses to use them and as we all knows, no other goggles work with glasses. So I think these goggles are great!!! I think that FXT folks are going to do well with this product.
About time someone made box goggles that you can also wear glasses with! Like the screen/convertible option too. They do seem to be like the biggest big goggles ever, but I'd give them a try if Trev has given them the thumbs up.
I like the fact that the focus point is further away from your face than a few inches as the case with all other goggles. The mirrors allow your eyes to relax as if you are focusing on something far away from your face. I would def. enjoy these.
I like that the screen is removable and in a small form factor very versatile and much easier to sell to people who already own fatshark style goggles already as a accessory that helps when you want to watch without goggles on your face.
I like how the screen is detachable and has an HDMI port. If I wanted to fly a whoop class in the house and show off the hobby to visitors. It will be easy to hook up to the tv and let everyone join in.

I am still on my first goggles the Quanum DIY FPV Goggle I got for 29 bucks years ago. I added a fan which works great as it needed it. I just ordered these FXT Viper goggles today as I wear glasses as I do with the quanums. I do hope there is a good place to mount a fan on the Vipers too. It’s nice that glasses can be worn when using these goggles since I wear glasses. One suggestion I have is placing a channel or bracket on the back of the monitor to be able to attach it to a tripod if not enclosed in the goggles.
The mirrors were an ingenious way to handle presbyopia, but I also like the removable screen. That adds a lot of flexibility for flying all sorts of stuff.
Their use of mirrors to increase the distance between your eyes and the screen is nifty, I also really like the frequency display and selection. have a great day.

Having the detachable screen is great. Having the further focal length may even be better than the more expensive ones. Space for glasses is HUGE!

I think i like the comfort factor of these goggles the most. They look very comfortable.
