Micromanaging teachers has gone too far
Be better if the new admins actually made sure teacher's have what they need. Not go to class and your display smart board is gone. No projectors, teachers runs out to buy one out of their pocket. Interruptions get out of hand. Kids now have to panic on timers, and have no time to ask for clarifications.

Sadly I know many looking to other districts they live in (many commute an hour each way) or out of state. THey try so hard to not bail on students but things are out of control. It hard to go to a new school year with no media equipment available, and a lack of support. Where new admins tell teachers not to use copiers meant for NES only teachers (science has nothing) when all they have to teach with is paper now, their interactive lesson boards were taken for other spots.
Dallas isd is still ruined because of Mike Miles! Help out Dallas isd too!

She's crazy for not protecting The Children but protecting notorious Teachers who failed for over 30 years.

Unions protect workers. During thr gilded age, it was Unions who fought for better wages, working conditions and safety rules. Corporate America would be proud of your mentality.
@@thinker185 I quit AFT and they still kept taking dues out of my check which haven't got back. They are only political and clogged my school email with antiTrump false narratives.
So a taxpayer funded Teachers Union files suit against a taxpayer funded School District on behalf of overpaid teachers not wanting to be told what to do. Where is the "It's all about the kids" we always hear?

Over paid teachers? If you could only handle the stress , especially of high school students that would eat you for dinner. Here is the truth so you become educated. Yes students need discipline and order. However this year some teachers come to class to find their needed smart boards gone or relocated to unused offices. No media projectors available, also gone. They have to pay 800-1200.oo out of pocket for a decent one just to be able to teach the first day of class. Prep time , as required by Section 21.404 of the Texas Education Code not honored. Interruption to classes by looky-loo's just walking in and students gaze shifting with a made dash to grab it back from them. Timers and stress added to students in only 2 weeks to the point the cry, and I am talking some big high school kids that have. I am a taxpayer who also donated substantial money and technology to key schools in need, which are now missing.

It wont last for long.................I will be glad when the courts and judges like this are completely out of the picture !
