    Your recheado masala looks yummy. I have one question can I add tamarind to it

      I don't use it, but yes you can add a small ball - but soak it in hot water and add the juice - not the full tamarind piece

    Amazing recipe.. 👌🏽👌🏽 Reminds me of my Mum & Dad since both of them were excellent cooks.
    One thing I wanted to know is if u DIP the bangda's in RAVA before FRYING will it do??

    We use a ball of tamarind ...soak in vinegar for a while...it gives a very good flavour...in which case, you can use less vinegar
