Mackerel Steam Fry is a traditional recipe made with Turmeric leaves. In this recipe, mackereals or bangda are marinated with a spice mix, wrapped in Turmeric leaves and steam cooked. The aroma and taste of turmeric leaves enhances the flavors of mackerels and adds to the taste of the dish.
What's more, mackerels marinated with goa's famous Recheado Masala taste best.
