50 - 80 万的unit 和 100 - 200 万的House 会出现短供，况且新移民大多不是商业移民，不是人人一来都买房的，其它不少高泡沫地区·的房屋最终都会供过于求，不容乐观；起码要把过去三年的泡沫消退。失业率新低，通涨高企，rba 不会对这两个数据置之不理的，会继续加息；最近市面上很多2019/2020 买的房子挂牌，fixed rate term 到了，这很可能是顶不顺的一种现象；还是那句话，投资房产任何时候都可以，但忌讳投机。
