Yes, sadly that's the reality in the current red hot market. I would suggest you set an alert on some apps to get notified of properties that fit your requirements and call the agent immediately if it comes on the market. Some agents might suggest some properties to you but most don't because they just have too many buyers for one property. They don't even bother to call you for other property suggestions. They just don't have enough time to answer all the calls for their listings, let alone call you back.
