You are very generous with your analysis. I am an esthetician and can attest this is not the work of olive oil. It is expensive, subtle plastic surgery probably done in increments over time. Her deception is ugly and harmful to women.

Agreed! I'm also a medical esthetician and remember seeing some very unflattering photos of her neck in 2015. 100% chance she has been doing injectables PLUS mini surgical procedures (S-lift, fat grafts etc). I was a huge fan of her until this attempt to lie to the public to sell her skin care line.

You simply cannot stay the same - so many celebrities have literally not aged or have aged minimally and many look better - I think it’s very disappointing that woman cannot admit that aging is part of life and there are all kinds of ways to maintain a youthful look. I don’t care what she does but saying it’s olive oil and then throwing shade “I am not that kind of woman” was indeed a mis step. Fun video !!

She had 1 or 2 facelifts. A facelift makes anyone look at least 10-15 years younger. And a rhinoplasty. Having a very small nose like hers makes you look younger, too. The prototype of feminine beauty and youth are: small nose, big lifted cheeks, big lips. In Hollywood you can have that paying some $$. And all these starlets, JLo, Shakira, Beyoncé are a bit overweight and beeing fat makes your body look older, but your face looks younger cause you have more facial fat.

I kinda crave it at times for a snack. Been using it for a couple weeks. Nothing dramatic yet, but my troublesome age spots are noticeably fading. Not using my high end night serums as much because it seems my face is more moisturized. Idk. We will see in a little more time and I’ll let everyone know if it’s thumbs up or down. I can't speak for J-Lo but I can speak for myself.
I'm East Indian. When I was 50 years people use to think I'm 30 years, at 40 years - 20 years. I'm not rich (in terms of money) but I eat healthy and take care of my skin. No dark eyes, no lines under eyes at those ages. I had a fine laugh line at one side of my face at 50. I sleep well, I've never been sick except for the common cold. I have two kids. I've never suffered from wisdom teeth, never had braces, my dentist and people are shocked at my beautiful teeth.
Today I'm 54. I have two laugh lines. When I smile a few lines shows at the bottom of my eyes. I do have acne scars on both cheeks which are showing up. I have noticed also my pores are enlarged a bit and under my neck when I lean forward there is a bit of extra skin,
I do regular face massages in the evening. I do turmeric masks on my face regularly. I barely wear makeup in my entire life. I try to eat organic as possible and have eaten mainly home-cooked food. I don't spend a lot of time online.I walk outdoors every day. I meditate and do yoga, my path is ayurvedic. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I haven't experienced menopause as yet.
I don't use artificial cleaners in my home, and I spend a lot of time in nature, even if it's in the middle of winter.
I subscribed to this channel after looking at a video for eating for good skin, something like that.
I think ageing has to do with lifestyle, genetics and mindset (belief systems)

I see a very beautiful youthful woman. JLO is one celebrity that looks very natural. Do I think she's had work done - absolutely - but very subtle, she has most definitely looked after her skin, and been followed a healthy lifestyle for years and still continues to do so... Take a look at Pamela Anderson today... A hot mess and she's only 53, two years older than JLO,. Pamela has never taken good care of her skin, she brags about never worn sunscreen and it shows, just recently she's had plastic surgery, s Face lift - and she look like she's in her 60s. If you take a good look at JLO's Face on Google you can see her face has aged, the photo this guy has chosen to judge is a full face of make up done by Scott Barnes the master of make up artists who knows all the tricks and knows JLO's Face more than She does. So I think the photos his comparing for a start is so wrong. Still I think Jennifer looks absolutely amazing for her age, she just knows how to work the tricks. And most importantly she doesn't look artificial!

All celebrities should stop telling jokes about their so-called eternal youth that would be the result of gym, diet, water, and skin care. The truth is that all celebrities go to all cosmetic care centers, for laser, botox, injections of all kinds, ponytail lift and more . Plus they take tons of dietary supplements, growth hormones, pro-hormones, hormones, peptides by injection, sarms, even some steroids.
When they go to a dermatologist or surgeon or any other beauty professional. Doctors and other staff members must sign a confidentiality agreement. This allows celebrities to tell lies about their fantastic natural eternal youth.

I cant quite put my finger on it but all around her eye area to her temples looks different like better and more lifted . Her chin also has quite a change . The changes ive mentioned have nothing to do with age more than they have to do with procedures. She looks amazing if anything id be interested in knowing what she has done to have not gone over board.

I know everyone says olive oil breaks down the skin barrier, but like I said, I think it's the massage and stimulating the skin, as well as not putting a bunch of chemicals on. I was considering Scarlet RF or BBL but then I read that they can cause a loss of fat in the face and make you look older over time. What are your thoughts on this (I'm 46)? I'm scared to do fillers or botox.

I do it all and recommend it all where appropriate. Yes rf and hifu can get rid of fat. We WANT fat gone in the lower face for many. It is much about who does your treatment vs the technology.

I could follow Dr. Rajani around all day long to soak up his knowledge!!! I have been practicing similar philosophies from the beginning of my career. Stress is a huge aging factor as well. I am blessed with good genetics but after a tumultuous marriage/divorce 15 years ago, the biggest stressor in my life was removed. As I began to own my happiness over the years I definitely look younger now. I'd love to tweak a few facial issues that I see, but overall...everything Dr. Rajani said works. Leave the olive oil to your chef and just be real. If someone sleeps in an inversion chair and they are flawless because of, I am not going to sleep in one..I'll keep being me. There is nothing wrong with doing anything preventative (me) or corrective...just don't lie about it. To me it is more respectable to say nothing.

I think I was one of those who didn’t believe she had surgery and there was backlash regarding my comments. LOL! 😆 I’ve seen the effect of how makeup can make a dramatic change and there are facial exercises and just exercise period. She has aged very well and so did I until I lost weight and in my face and because I’m a happy person my laughing and smiling has created an upside down frown. I also use olive oil for skin and am complimented about my skin for my age (60) but nice skin doesn’t remove the marionette and nasal labial lines I’m suffering. 😳 I am 60 and I don’t have the lines around my eyes ... it’s genetics and I believe JLo has the genetics too.

Has anyone heard of oil pulling? I’ve done it now for the past 10 years and I look younger now than I did 20 years ago. I’ve never had any procedure like Botox or fillers. Everyone should try oil pulling it completely reduces the toxins from skin and body. 👍🏼

      @estellegrove4853 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

@@grandsuzan1267 Oh much more. That’s the latest thing they promote about it but I found out about 15 years ago that’s what the Tibetan monks did. They use sunflower oil as I have done for years. They live well into their hundreds. A professor at Boston university (I think it was this uni) did tests on it. He had a guy swill his mouth with saline for 20 mins and spit out - they found the average expected bacteria. He then had the same guy swill sunflower oil for 20 mins and spit. The findings were amazing. Pre cancerous cells- cells that would have led to heart problems kidney stones etc etc. He then realised that after pulling this oil for several weeks these cells were no longer present proving that he had actually pulled these toxins from his body. He tested many others and all the same results. I had begun suffering horrendous pain, hence why I was looking for something and stumbled across this. Later found out I had rheumatoid arthritis. It’s now 15 years later and I have no pain. I am a mystery as RH does not just go away as mine has done. I also look a lot younger than I ever had done. The pic is of me with no filter. I would like you to guess my age (don’t be nice lol) this is not promoted in anyway as sunflower oil is probably one of the cheapest things one can buy and no one would put the money in to promote it. Also the pharmaceutical companies would not be happy. Some have jumped on this now saying it makes the teeth white and using coconut oil. I’m not sure if that oil would work the same way as the sunflower but I’ve stuck to what I learnt. Also sunflower has no taste at all and believe it or not does not feel oily in the mouth. After swishing it thru the teeth and pulling and pushing it become a thin white milk that is not oily at all. When you spit it out in the loo it should not be oil - if it is you haven’t swished for long enough but you’ll get the hang of it. Trust me it’s amazing!! 🤗

Coming from an ethnic family her looks are normal. We age slower and look younger longer. Her skin care regimen is tops! Her dental care is impeccable and these things show!!! Kudos to JLo💞 keep doing what you do and you don't owe anyone any explanation.

Hey my grandmother always looked young for her age. We used to joke that it was all the olive oil running through her veins!
Obviously olive oil can’t do what plastic surgery can do but I swear it does help.
I don’t understand why anyone would deny having plastic surgery or fillers done. Does anyone really care anymore?
If I could afford it there’s a lot of things I’d have done. I was lucky enough to have tried Daysport & Juviderm (i’m sure I just totally hacked the spelling of those) about ten years ago & I absolutely Loved the results! Those annoying 11’s just vanished. It was nice to not have everybody asking me if I was mad or upset for a few months. Lol
I’ve always used olive oil as a moisturizer, makeup remover, & tanning oil! But don’t listen to me because I’ve also used motor oil as a tanning oil! 😂
Hey I’m Italian & a gear head! I will say that after doing an oil change & dumping the filter down the side of my head (on accident) I learned that 5w-30 made for an incredible hair conditioner! 😂

This is such a strange one for me, cause neither my mom or my aunts had wrinkling at 50. That's too young in my family. We were definitely too poor for plastic surgery. So yeah all these things with JLo add up to work, but not all the individual things.

I could write a thesis length summary here about the pressure there is for women in our society, much less female celebrities to look young and vibrant. I would surmise that she has had work done and will never be forthcoming about it. And that's okay by me. Being in that industry, there's implied competition with the younger women, IG models, etc. If I were to guess, she had a lot of procedures done ever so subtly and will continue. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You can do whatever you want on the outside. But eventually it’s going to give away. The only beauty you can maintain comes from the inside. The more beautiful on the inside Will show through the outside. If you see some of the older celebrities that are no longer in the spotlight. I doubt you would recognize them.

I read somewhere or heard that J-Lo spends about $200g on her face alone?!😳
Well I think about the beautiful women that I personally know that are 50 and over and they spend about $500 a year or less on their skincare and I gotta be honest, what makes them truly beautiful is their smile☺️ They have slight crows feet and very mild drooping of the jowls on some of the ladies I know. But overall their skin glows, they have dewy skin and they are just amazing!
IMHO the money J-Lo is not worth it. She is naturally beautiful and would be without any of that stuff.
For me, I will be 50 and I cancelled my appt. for fillers and botox. I gotta say, I look pretty decent!😁
But hey, ”to each their own” as my dear departed mother would say!
    Love & Peace to all!❤️

Singers and musicians that play instruments that are blown into do not age as fast as everyone else. Deep breathing also helps with good health and reduced aging. Between the facial exercises and the breathing aging is slowed down greatly.

I am a fair skinned Puerto Rican and 48 years old and people think I am about 10 years younger. I stay out of the sun because it irritates my skin. I don't have alot of wrinkles and I have never had botox or fillers. I am overweight so my biggest issue is my double chin, neck and jowling. If I had the money I would do kybella, microneedling, ultherapy, RF, PDO and of course plasmasculpt by you. I actually want to plan my 50th bday in Portland hehe.
