territories by force of arms or given by colonial powers. To say that Ethiopia is not complete State is to say that Ethiopia will have to annex more
lands from its neighbours as done in the past. This is prophecy of doom and disaster for Horn of Africa. It is not clever to say so specially in the
light of present situation in the region.
