The art is absolutely killer, and I love ritual archetypes. I didn’t expect a video on them from GoldenNova though, they’re clearly not quite done yet. Still need the ritual form of the girl and I’d bet a few other cards as yet unrevealed.
And the story is interesting so far. In the field spell, magigirl and geek boy get attacked by a monster, but geek boy unlocks his ritual form, but gets intervened by Agent's ritual form, but they dont know it's agent, but just a mysterious Ally.
Okay, I love this. Lately I'm just really drawn to ritual focused archetypes. Have been since even before Nova did a whole sub-series focused on them. Recently I've been building/experimenting with a Megalith deck with Demise and Ruin, taking advantage of everything being a ritual monster to get the FULL power out of my Supreme King and Queen.
Ritual archetypes are my favorite cuz ik ritual summoning sucks but when they become good they just look so fun even if it aint good they still look fun.
"Libro" is spanish for "book". "Mancer", in a bare-bones translation, means practioner or controller supernatural arts. Also quick spanish lesson. Libro is pronounced "Lee" ( As in Bruce *Lee* ), "brr" (drag the "r" sound a bit) and "o" ( cut out the "ou" sound you would normally use in words like "bro").
The artwork of the non-Ritual monsters is kinda like stands and their users in JoJo's. Magigirl one is kinda like Trish when she first spoke to her stand, Spice Girl. Also, I just realized why it's called "Libromancer". They use power from books. "Libro" means "book" and "-mancer" means "one who uses magic of or related to *prefix*"
This archetype needs a few more cards of support so it can be it's own deck and not have to be splashed into other decks. Otherwise its a great set of cards you can work with.
Nova, you gotta tell me, Libromancer is a TCG exclusive archetype and will get 7 new cards in the next main set guaranteed, why dont you wait until they get released first before making a video on them? I am curious since it happend with Beetrooper and War Rocks and all that too and you had to mention them in the update videos later. Not trying to be rude, just wondering
inb4 they become the next cards to get ritual pendulums........ allowing for them to vommit their cards effects and unlock more shenanigans............
an archetype of a story tellers.. having their favorite books comes to life... this kind of effect is similar to the megalith that can use main monsters as a ritual spell and tribute...
I'm actually hoping that the new ritual monster for his art type is a level 4 light attribute monster they already have a dark attribute monster so why not a light as well
Bruh... is obvious that magigirl ritual form will be a lv4 light fairy with spell recycling/protection related effect 😂 light is the only atribute missing, fairy monsters are generally light and they always get a dark fiend for contrast if they share an archetype xD
I think the person who came up with this archetype was also a fan of kamen rider saber, both this archetype and that show have protags that draw their power from stories.

god I hope the heralds get banned. Drytron and rituals in general are so cool but the same 12 negate combo over and over and over is incredibly soul sucking
Whenever I come across drytron in master duel I just find something else to do for 5 minutes while they setup their board of 5+ negates and loop through the cyber angels. Demise? Sure. BLS hey that's pretty cool. Herald? F you I want to play the game not take a nap while I wait to get negated

I think the card arts are some of my favorites and the effects are of these cards can make them really good with the right support

I look up the cards on Google...10 minutes later this is at the top-right corner of my TH-cam recommendations.

i first found these libromacers to take inspiration from the pagemaster movie but now im thinking there based off the inkheart book/film
Now I'm imagining combining this with the Adventurer Deck to form the ultimate Otaku deck.
