I had no idea there was an IHOP in Mexico! That menu was actually pretty fun! It’s cool how they personalized the flavors and dishes for the local palate 🥞🌮
I once went to a McDonald’s in Mexico that had a huge condiment bar. They had ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, pickles, chopped, cilantro, chopped white onions, red and green salsa, pickled jalapeños, and pico de gallo. People would fill their hamburgers of these condiments. I loaded my fries with them.😊
@@Teampegleg yes, you are 100% correct about that. After the pandemic, I went back to Mexico, and those condiment bars did not exist. They even used to have them at the movie theatres for the nachos, they sold and they don’t anymore.😢
No fricken way.. A Penguino McFlurry!??? I LOVE those cupcakes. When I'm in Colombia I regularly empty every store around of them. They are so good. I'm not into McFlurries, but that one would be worth it.
Just the shaking of his head alone doesn't indicate how he feels about the food; it's the expression on his face. That's true for everyone; their facial expression says it all. Many ppl have a similar physical reaction to good food, even if it's just a single head shake to emphasize the "mm!" their face is clearly expressing.
As soon as I saw the IHOP breakfast I said to myself why can’t we have food like that and then you said the same thing. I pretty much avoid all American fast food but if it looked like that I’d be eating it regularly
Mike, the reason why fast food restaurants outside of the US are way better is because in all these other countries there is an abundance of street food that they have to compete with. For example, would you rather eat a street taco in Mexico that has meat, onion, cilantro or a sausage biscuit in the US that has a lot of salt and a ton of calories. McDonald’s has to come up with food that competes with the street food in all these countries, whether it be Mexico, Japan, South Korea. Etc…
If you ever visit California then you might wanna checkout the oldest operating McDonald's in Downey, CA as it's the only McDonald's that still makes the apple pies fried.
My friend was visiting Thailand, and she was shocked when I told her to visit McDonalds. She went to Burger King at the airport and was blown away. Had to fight her husband off of the second Whopper. Yes. She ordered two! I have a feeling that they'll put a fast food place or two on the list for their upcoming trip to Mongolia.
It looks very similar to the US breakfast platter, which is a sausage biscuit with egg and a hash brown on a plate. And unless the McMuffins in Mexico all come with refried beans and pico de gallo, I'd say that big breakfast platter looks different than a McMuffin.
I saw the look of both relief and disappointment in the Carolina reaper nuggets lol The McDonalds pie might have been better with some fruit in it. Would be through the atmosphere. Broooo! Im obsessed with apple soda!!
I just did a food vlog in mex to at the McDonald's in matamoros and I wish you would of tried the signature collection burgers but I agree with you on the fried pie and mcflurry they were 🔥🔥🔥

The McD's cheese pie is deep-fried like they used to be in Canada. I have not been a fan since they changed to baked pies. Sorry McD's, but no one ever goes to eat healthy. Bring backthe crunchy, bubbly pie crusts!
I tried Domino's back in the 80s and absolutely hated it. It was the worst pizza I ever tried. My husband wanted Domino's one night so I tried it again a few years ago. It was worse than I remembered. I've had a lot of different pizzas in my years, and I have to say Domino's is the worst, even decades later. Sorry, Mikey.

The Egg Mcmuffin in the states is a joke they give you a Quail Egg and a Tiny Muffin Fake Cheese and a thin slice of Ham that you can See Through and then call it a Bargain Meal ? you will be starving before lunch.
When big American fast food places go to a different country they know they don't have home field advantage. So they have to try and perform a bit better. Here in the US, any only stuff with a branded name will sell because people will just shovel it into their mouths.
I've been checking in on this show for years. I appreciate it more now. It's toned down from the earlier days and the content seems more humble and less showy. Love it! I'll definitely watch more to see where its going now!
The food in the u.s fast food places is nit as greatvas overseas, because the companies can get away with lower standards. They pay enough folks in the FDA, to do whatever they want. Olus folks here don't really complain, as long as it's cheap.
so easy to answer your McDonalds breakfast question. Mexico doesn't have a McDonalds on every street corner. McDonalds is also a luxury item in Mexico and the rest of the World compared to the U.S
