We are pleased to bring you another LAP Project original recording! This time, we're bringing you 3D Museum, a Mega LD title published by the Pioneer Multimedia Creators Network (MmCN) in 1994. 3D Museum is...well, certainly a title that has to be experienced. It largely serves as a LaserActive 3D tech demo, utilizing naked-eye, red-blue, black-white/parallax, and LCD shutter 3D (the latter required the LaserActive 3D goggles, which are incredibly rare).
This is side 1 of the disc (this is one of the few LA titles with two sides). Entitled "3D Library", this side contains computer-generated animations (which we're fairly certain were created under the influence of a powerful psychedelic drug...), as well as some optical illusions and "cross-eye" 3D still images.
Compressing (and uploading) videos of this size is a long process - be patient and keep your eyes peeled for Side 2 (Music Odyssey) soon!
Ha. Amazing. Thank you so much for preserving all this obscure LD media, and uploading videos of it.
I know it will create even longer upload times, but if you upres the video (even with just nearest neighbor scaling), TH-cam will allot more bandwidth even when watching it at 480, and won't utterly destroy it with its compression. I never upload 480 at 480.
Nothing more chilling than early 3D
9y later this is truer than ever
Wow! You could replace the first ~10 minutes of Enter the Void with this footage and I would barely be able to tell the difference.
BRO 👀👌😂 Finally my vision Thursday-Friday brought to the screen.
11:13 the best audio track
I really like that one myself! The 3D Museum soundtrack will be available for download again on the website, once I find a reliable file host to store it.
Is it available yet? :)
@@LAPProject Hello, is this project still active? You could upload files to telegram now (up to 4gb)
I really love the soundtracks!
Thanks for putting so much work in making this compilation!
It feels like im in a fever dream.

Best viewed with the 3D goggles for the ultimate uncanny experience
Similar work are present on cdi. An example is Escape
I've tried multiple times to contact James Rolfe about borrowing our console and games for a LaserActive review, but no dice...
He's a fool.
try again now that it is more known, he's been more responsive as of now.
LSD simulator
I can imagine AVGN playing this after going head on a crappy Sega CD/ TurboGrafx-CD game.
As a bonus, Mike Matai runs the JamesNintendoNerd account, try a Private Message.
The Pentagon's top cryptologists are still figuring that out.
Anyone have footage of 3D Virtual Australia?
I can't find any on youtube
11:13 es increible
How else can you do a review of this game... It's just a fancy screensaver that you need 3D glasses for... I'LL ACCEPT THAT CHALLENGE OF TRYING TO REVIEW IT!
Mega LD, damn son
Will you ever upload this in a higher quality?
@@sub-vibes It is only 655 megabytes for 1:40:43
Did you go to a convention with AVGN as guest?
art
Nobody's quite sure.
Try Mike(at)Cinemassacre(dot)com; he's the guy you want if you want to donate games to. Borrowing also worked for Pat the NES Punk.
is this videogames?

Sadly, I haven't. I don't know which cons he frequents.

I'm pretty sure this is just drugs
What the hell am I looking at?
