Hi from Indiana, Philippine born but moved to US since 1978. I’m glad you’re having a great time there. Safety pleasure and convenience are the hallmark of life in the PI if you know where to spend it and you have adequate financial means to support yourself. Hi Josh, we appreciate you speaking Tagalog words. Just a little tip, you could add the "po" in every word or phrase that you say to make it more polite and respectful. e.g. "salamat po", "masarap po", "good morning po" "kumusta po" or kumusta ka po" Hope this helps.😊 Enjoy tour stay.💙

Good luck, Journey of Josh and enjoy your stay here in the Philippines!

BGC is not in Manila. It's in Taguig -- a city by itself that's twice the size of Manila. Stop assuming you are in Manila just because you see a modern building. Manila, Makati and Taguig are distinct cities within the Metro Manila region (formally, the NCR). If you have problems getting over your habit, at least call it "Metro Manila" so you can be precise.
Nope not former US base but Pinoy. Yeah its former name is Camp Bonifacio or Kampo Bonifacio who is our hero general in Spaniard Revolution. They fought the Americans too until it gave us independence in Pres. Quezon time coz they are tired fighting against Filipinos 😂😂😂😂 they can't beat Filipinos recili3nce in the war and insistence 😂😂
That strawberry shake looks refreshing. This is what I like about Vloggers: You guys are open to anything fun with Filipinos. We will keep supporting you guys.
Good for you. I would suggest you unsub though.,. this vlogger has 2 big things wrong. First, BGC is not in Manila. It's Taguig -- a city by itself that's twice the size of Manila. Second, BGC was never an ex US Military base. Go find a more diligent travel vlogger. Not this one.
If you come to the Philippines, do yourself a big favor and skip BGC. Unless you want to throw money away, there are hundreds of places far more scenic and desirable.
Hi josh, your video in bgc looks months ago because bgc now looks way better and the spirit of christmas is all over bgc/philippines. I hope you visit again this christmas time.
Yeah it was a few months ago, editing takes a long time which I don't have much of with all the filming and working 😅 I will be back in PH early next year, its hard not to spend Christmas with my family
I think Is not a slum anymore because life there is improving unlike 2 years ago. At present some illegal squatters are slowly demolished and the government provides them a decent houses and condos.
im guessing you visited the Philippines some time in June or July..coz i can see some flags being put up infront of the stores, too bad ur not here to experience the Christmas season in the Philippines.. maybe next time.

Just visit Baguio City and Benguet a lot of strawberry 🍓 plantation you can find and more activities you can do.
ive never heard vloggers has been robbed or held up yet, few of them went to random areas like tondo but they are safe and sound, grabe naman kayo makadescriminate sa mga kababayan mo hinde naman lahat masama
I agree. That is not really nice.
The Philippines is still developing and I cant wait when it becomes one of the most attractive countries for tourists in SEA.
old video? ders a new 3d billboard at the top of shakeshack and the monster eyewear in front of shakeshack
Yeah the videos are a little backdated 😄 editing takes a lot of time which we don't have much of when we are filming every single day! Hope you enjoy them regardless ❤
yes i enjoyd it a lot @@TheJourneyofJosh
BGC is more alive and exciting at night. Go there at night especially in Uptown BGC
Sadly my camera is terrible at filming in night, but I will have to check it out in my free time!
Enjoy and have fun 👍
Try going to ilocos norte and sagada
I will note them down, thanks!
BGC is 240 hectares land area and the largest Central Business District in South East Asia..
Wow I had no idea, thanks for the awesome fact!
Wonderful bgc exploration there Josh! You will be more surprised what PH malls have inside for you! Can't wait for your beach vlogs soon! Oh btw, your new channel has ads already and grown so very fast! More power!👌💪🇵🇭🇬🇧
I want to know like how much the whole Trip for that and plus Visa would cost because I want to Travel there nice vlogs by the way 😊
I don't know exactly but it was probably somewhere around $1500 - $2000 for 6 weeks. Visa was free as I'm from the UK. Thanks for the kind words 😊
@@TheJourneyofJosh thanks for the Idea Cost of it I am going to save because I enjoy seeing vlogs from this place and hope to explore there one day thank you again friend.
Hi Josh, we appreciate you speaking Tagalog words. Just a little tip, you could add the "po" in every word or phrase that you say to make it more polite and respectful. e.g. "salamat po", "masarap po", "good morning po" "kumusta po" or kumusta ka po" Hope this helps.😊
Enjoy tour stay.💙
Hi, Journey of Josh! I love your contents and we both enjoyed it with my partner.
However, there are some people who can't easily understand your slang words when you pronounce your channel name.
As such, we would highly suggest you to have your t-shirt printed with your channel name on it.
That way, people can easily remember and subscribe to it.
Good luck, Journey of Josh and enjoy your stay here in the Philippines!
Good to see you enjoying Philippines!! Just wanna ask what kind of camera your using? love your videos. Smooth transition from you to the area.
Hope you enjoyed the video! I'm using GoPro Hero 11 😊
hey man, nobody uses mabuhay as everyday greeting :).. just say hi, hello, Kamusta ka,
Thank you, you have made my day! It feels nostalgic, and wish I’m in your seat!
I superv love all your videos 🤍 watching from the PHILIPPINES🇵🇭

Hi, JJosh... kumusta ka? Okay ba ang journey mo sa Manila Philippines? Hope you enjoy your stay in the Philippines. Stay safe. Ingat po.
I love you josh 😊❤️💕
Hi josh, you always say “hot” don’t wear black or dark clothes so it will less your temperature. Everything i’m going to visit in Southeast Asia I don’t wear dark clothes. Just saying. But I’m happy to watch your vlogs and i’m be back to the PH tomorrow! Exciting 💪🏼 Ingat! 🇵🇭
Josh are you spending your christmas here in the Philippines?i suggest you should to truly experience christmas the filipino way
Unfortunately I can't 😞 Maybe next year though! I've heard the Philippines knows how to do Christmas like no other!
BGC tour isn’t complete without visiting the WW2 American cemetery. Please do next time.
WOW BGC IS A BUSY CITY……GLAD YOU GUYS HAD A GOOD TIME VISITING GREETING FROM CALI 🇺🇸✌️👍👍👍🙌💪
Your always welcome here in the Philippines! Mabuhay Josh!
That strawberry shake looks refreshing. This is what I like about Vloggers: You guys are open to anything fun with Filipinos. We will keep supporting you guys.
*You got it wrong....Blackpink is a Korean band but why in Thailand you saw their posters all over is because one of them, Lisa, is indeed Thai.*
New subscriber of yours , greeting from Istanbul , ❤
Good for you. I would suggest you unsub though.,. this vlogger has 2 big things wrong. First, BGC is not in Manila. It's Taguig -- a city by itself that's twice the size of Manila. Second, BGC was never an ex US Military base. Go find a more diligent travel vlogger. Not this one.
I forgot to comment, Josh not sure if you know there is a famous English youtube blogger here we call The Chairman of BGC. His channel is Mergim Vlogs
If you come to the Philippines, do yourself a big favor and skip BGC. Unless you want to throw money away, there are hundreds of places far more scenic and desirable.
When you greet a group, you say "kayo". Kumusta kayo. "Ka" refers to an individual, a single person.
She meant it came from Baguio/Benguet which is the city/province where they grow strawberries, from the mountains up north.
Oh I see now! Maybe I need to go there myself and try them fresh 😄
Yes Next time visit Baguio City it’s 8 hrs Away from Manila ….. ✌️✌️✌️
It's only about 4 hours now.
try the Stateroom of 2Go M/v Masagana vessel on your way to Cebu from Manila already with 2 beds and 3 meals included.
Haha
I just pay attention to foreign vloggers in the Philippines, even if it's just a little bit of subs, the views on their videos increase quickly😅
Fist bump has been more popular than high five since the pandemic. Instead of high fiving people, fist bump them.
I think Is not a slum anymore because life there is improving unlike 2 years ago. At present some illegal squatters are slowly demolished and the government provides them a decent houses and condos.
Checkout next time Mendokoro Ramenba, Mitsukoshi Mall, Uptown Mall Cinema and Venice Grand Canal in McKinley West BGC.
Venice Grand Canal is at the end of this video 😅
You look alike the lead vocal of Linkin Park Chester Bennington…Try going to Baguio City
im guessing you visited the Philippines some time in June or July..coz i can see some flags being put up infront of the stores, too bad ur not here to experience the Christmas season in the Philippines.. maybe next time.
you know why theres very little ppl? its too early and HOT. filipinos dont go out in the sun. something like mad dogs and englishman lol
Try beef pares and Beef Mami Those are my Favourite Pilipino Food :)
Good. You are doing investigation first on the history of the place. Kudos
I always do! I just have trouble remembering it all to say in the videos haha
The strawberries probably came from Baguio city.
Empty? You go there fe 5 pm to night time. The place is full of people. Packed.
