Bless you two for this. Been trying to sort out power for working on the road & NOT having to charge all the things in the nearest starbucks. I was leaning towards a jackery after getting a wild quote for a dual battery system in the truck (who knew electrical was so expensive - not I). I did a dual battery setup on our 4th Gen 4Runner, it was okay was able to run my fridge 2-3 days but on my new overlanding build (2005 Tundra) i wanna go with a similar setup like y’all’s! Thanks for great review, and info on the Delta, been eyeing it!

I clicked on this video to find out more about off grid power, because you can never know too much about that. Imagine my surprise when I see you two! I agree about the front/back panels, but the quick charge and the ability to use a high-wattage solar panel are great. I get by with a much smaller unit running a smaller fridge and a phone and PC. I do most of my charging off of the vehicle and a 60 watt solar panel and it gets me by, but you can't miss a charging opportunity or a shot at some solar power. A unit like this would allow a person to not have to manage you power so closely. Nice ride, I'll have to search your channel for more info on it.
It's definitely a beast for what we're up against. Yet to check the DC-DC charging ability as we cant rely on sun 100% of the time. We'll check back in after more testing!

In earlier times, when a portable generator was married to an inverter, it became an inverter generator. Now a battery is married with an inverter and we use stupid terms like solar generator which is bogus X 2. ‘Power Station’ seems the closest to being descriptively accurate.
That thing is amazing.
That 220 watt panel also collects ambient light from its backside that can be boosted using a mirrored surface. I decided to us cheap "non glass mirror tiles" ordered off of Amazon.
Good luck to y'all. Do you think you'll be keeping this solar power system? I still have other systems but this one combo with the 220 watts panel beats my other system that had five 100 watt panels (in parallel) to do this same fast charging.

I like the real world testing. My camping use will be with a waffle iron, hairdryer and Instant Pot and induction plate. I want to get away from butane and propane for safety reasons.
How well does it work in the winter? Cloudy? Etc...

Why don't you just hook up a dual battery system? I have a 2k-watt inverter hooked up to 2 marine deep cycle batteries that are charged by my alternator and on an isolator switch. 300 dollars total. I mean, that thing totally gets bonus points for modularity! I've always been interested in those! But I'm cheap. Always astounded by what they can do.
