even if Lynch said that's what it is, it shouldn't mean a thing if you think otherwise. Even if you think the "meta theory" is lame - I certainly do but for many people that is Twin Peaks. It's the beauty of the show@@andylikesstuffchannel
I loved the video. It was engaging, thoughtful and well paced. My only critique would be the intro is pretty abrupt and made me think I had accidentally skipped forward. Regardless, I loved it and shared it. I hope you continue to grow. You’ve def got talent. I look forward to seeing more from you. Happy holidays.
@@theyellowking4151ok that answers my question regarding the jarring edits. Although you do seem to have structured this re-edit slightly out of order? Or you've structured it to fit the actual chronology of the show? It's shown to us in a non-linear fashion so that all works. Anyway, TH-cam sucks and keep up the good work :)
Really loved your connection of "the white of the eyes", i.e. the blind part of the eyes, and the indifference towards suffering. We also see the white horse ("the horse is the white of the eyes") when Sarah is drugged and Leland kills Maddie. The Woodsman's poem kind of really points to the meaning of the show: White of the eyes = Judy Dark within = Bob
Mr. C is the Twin Peaks fan who *wants* the answers to "what Twin Peaks really means". Laura is angry because we won't let her go. Won't let her die. Won't let her be a dead girl on TV.
@@theunknownuser9609 Regarding the influence that really permeates the whole of Peaks, look no further than one Mdme. Blavatsky and her Theosophical society. Also very Nazi.
@@mattgilbert7347 Dummy. Jung and Twin Peaks go hand in hand. Mark Frost himself said it. Maybe try listening to the authors and and the work that inspired them rather than giving shape to lame meta theories they never thougth of. Neither Frost nor Lynch gave a damn about making some sort of statement about TV or the audience.
Twin Peaks at its heart was a show about the relationship between a cat and 2 dogs
The FBI in the show are all of us. Twin Peaks fans! We're all "investigators"
Tammy is representative of fans like you :) Younger, newer TP fans.
Did Lynch say that? Not as far as I'm aware

It was originally part of a longer video but had to be taken down due to copyright

There’s also a great 80s movie called “The White of the Eye”
Great did not disappoint with your analysis!
Isn’t Judy short for Judith? And Sarah’s full name is “Sarah Judith Palmer”? Sarah = Judith?

No. Mister C is the physical embodiment of Cooper's shadow self which is a Jungian concept. And Jung's influence permeates the entirety of Twin Peaks.
@@theunknownuser9609 I don't do Jung. Not since my teens. Too much Nazi.
