Thanks for this guide, it helped a lot except my tides seemed be reversed when I went to validate it so i used the low tide time on the lunitidal site and it looks to be better.
The lunatidal interval website is not working correctly. The end result number is showing as -negative so its not working correctly. Apparently it's locked for dates and the only day you could do this correctly was February 24th 2024. It's no longer working and is outputting incorrect data.
@@wristaction There is still one site called „user” the manual setting where you have to put high tide time. Is then the location get from timezone? It is not very precise nor or less. Interesting.
Same. According to the watchuseek forum this is no longer working. It's outputting negative values. Apparently it's date locked and the only date you could use it correctly this year was 24th February 2024 :(

Thank you, very well
Excellent tutorial. But why my GWX-5600 with 3215 module don't need precise GPS location to predict tide and moon phase?
That one has tide sites built into the watch already. The Ws1700 requires setting up manually.

How to read the lunitidal time in our current location if it is UTC+8, LAT.(8.143720) and Long.(123.842810)....
This watch is on offer on Amazon for £27 at the moment if anyone wants one.
Which one U recommend, WS-1300h or WS-1700h.
Get the one that you like the look of as it is going to be your watch. Do you like the square shape or round?
Best thank u
