Overall a good video . I like the Grand Central tunnel and the Astoria el under Hellgate (tho you can get the R46 mod if you want to be more accurate) . Penn Station looks good as well as the Newark Penn Station. I'm planning on doing the NEC soon myself and this have given me some ideas
Not bad for a beginners attempt at the nec, a few tips for you 1. Remove 90% of the trees iit will make the game run smoother and your modeling a heavy urban area 2 use the tunnel wall fix mod 3 smooth of flatten the land your lalying tracks on, you want smooth rise and fall not a roller coster 4 get rid of the brittish emu's, just about everything that runs on the nec is available now I did like the touch of adding the portal bridge construction, and your hell gate bridge is fine, you could use the building blocks mod to make the towers, Overall not a bad attempt at a very hard area to model
Thanks, this has taken a lot of editing as creating a fictional world is often far easier than a real one. However I am still in need of additional NEC assets, particularly modern ones such as the M7, 8, 9 etc. The trees are to obscure the wide openness of the map, my upcoming update video will explain further. Though walls may help here. Some of the issues with the land rising is due to the angle of the bridges vis the angle of the track though i do plan on smoothing these out prior to final map release.
