But sis I wasn’t sure what consistency of kadhi should me I mean how long do we have to boil the kadhi before adding the pakore. Txs sis still the overall dish was fabulous

Mam my mother always soak the pakodas in water and then squeeze them . That's her style to remove excess oil and it makes pakodas to soak the kadhi and stay soft and gives a great overall consistency . Your video is great too but my mother makes amazing kadhi as well ❤️
