Hi this was part of a complete map from Unreal engine marketplace. Usually you get generic truss within Unreal Engine DMX fixtures-->stage elements. For more advanced truss and stage elements marketplace ((Fab) would be the place to look for.

Hi I haven't used gdtf yet for DMX fixtures..I tried once but it doesn't seem to pickup from chamsys.. let's see if i come across any better workflow will share here

Yes the recent one which you noticed on complete workflow UE 5.5 has been slowed down for better understanding.

There is a setting in settings- preference-performance its like use less cpu make sure it's unchecked and try again now chamsys will trigger right away and you don't need to make ue window active to see the lights everytime

Hi glad this tutorial was useful to you . If you are using UE 5.4 you might have the colour issue you mentioned.. Try testing the same on UE 5.5 it should be fine

Hi glad this video was of help. Hmm try checking static lights function order in unreal engine DMX library once and also make sure to pick the exact generic -- RGB strobe zoom as patch.. You can refer the snap link I have shared in description.. if you still have issues you can email me the snaps of your DMX library and chamsys patch for me to see

@@RajashekarTechy StaticHead is turned on, off, controlled. Changes color, zoom, etc. And it is visible in the "Low" zoom mode. But when I switch to the “Medium”, “High”, “Epic”, “Cinematic” mode, it is not visible.

Oh that's strange this is new for me.. What's the unreal engine version? Just a though try this - goto static lights details tab and Change its quality to ultra..see if that helped.. It's late night here will reply up later on this

Hi Possibly try putting a tick on realtime. Sometimes when realtime isnt enabled you wont see the lights simulating. The realtime checkbox you will find it in viewport the first icon on the left i.e sandwich icon or the three dash thing.. Enable it and see if it works

@@RajashekarTechy realtime is on (ticked). But the is problem still there. Can't really work with it like that, don't know what else could it be

@@RajashekarTechy Thank you! Both UE 5.4.4 and 5.5.0 give the same result. I now suspect that it is DMX fixtures blueprints not firing without starting to simulate a game. But in all tutorials I watch - blueprints work in real time without the need to simulate game. So, I'm a bit lost..

Ok lets see what else could be causing this problem. I'm trying to replicate the issue you are facing.

For the functions which are missing choose no value in unreal engine DMX library and fill the rest... Go for any manufacture lights of your choice but make sure both are chosen in ue and chamsys.I have demonstrated clay paky in my videos.. I will update if I come across anything on this. Haven't encountered this though. Meanwhile check details on composure for anything related to image or the media plate settings.

@@RajashekarTechy been trying, im new to UE, trying it for my filmmaking project. I've connected the DSLR using EOS Webcam Utility and the settings dont show a list of resolutions, just one 720 px. I couldnt find how to flip the image either. Someone said about Snap Camera which is now disconnected, so I have no idea if any third party software works. DigiCam, OBS don't show up.

Alright will check on this and update lets see if there is any workaround for this. Also if there is any option to flip on camera settings it would help in this case.. see if your camera has a setting like that.

Hi sometimes it could be a temporary issue check the function order on unreal engine and then chamsys.. Restart both the program and try again it should work

Hi Yeah its I think due to shader attributes ("double sided" ) which needs to be looked into and enabled and other settings if there is any for this situation

Hi create point lights for required car lights.. Create level sequencer and add all the lights inside level sequencer. Keyframe values of intensity and color that's all you need to do to animate them.

Hi try keyframing it every 5-10 frames..You will get the desired results..

Chamsys offers lot of free universes for us to program and test whereas dot2 gives you only 1 free universe to test.
