    I am 66 and usually do your regular workouts but I enjoyed this one, followed Coach, and used heavier weights! Thank you for showing us older folks good ways to keep mobile and strong!

    Looks like a good workout. Unfortunately I can't use weights as I drop them too easily. I love your resistance band workouts and wonder if you're uploading any new ones soon?

      You can do the same exercises without weights.

      Maybe you could use Velcro wrist weights? They come in varying weights
