- From Pennsylvania to Boston, wicked summer storms are bringing torrential downpours and flash flooding. Meantime, on the West Coast, record heat along with ongoing droughts is fueling massive wildfires. NBC’s Morgan Radford reports from New York and TODAY’s Al Roker has more on the extreme conditions on both coasts.

Yup im in Houston Texas and we've been far below temps since March up until now our temps are way below average we haven't had a heatwave or anything and its been super rainy since late March till now smh this isn't summer!

The water in the atmosphere that flows from west to east is being driven around the west so it can be utilised in the east.
The geoengineers achieve this by creating a weather dome high in the atmosphere above the west area.
