Hey Encore where do you buy the metal thing and what is it called? Also what sprayer are you using is it better than buying one from trü Spray or a tank? Thank you
Hey, I've been looking for the metal things and can't find them. It looks like they've been discontinued. I remember seeing plastic ones at some point that looked pretty strong. I'll see what I can find. As far as the tank goes, the store bought ones are just as good as the ones I built. The ones I built required time and energy for the savings. I've bought fully built kegs from Autobahn and FilmHandler.com. They are both great kegs. So I think almost any store bought keg will be great. If you build a keg, I love my longer hoses and make sure to buy all of your parts with stainless steel. There are cheaper parts that don't use stainless steel and you'll find that they rust. 👍🏻😁
Thank you for adding a few tips! These are good tips. I will clean some rubbers with the windows down but the vehicle has to be super old or really dirty. The Tape is a good tip as well. I try not to use tape because of the extra time involved but it can be a very helpful tool on some vehicles. I always tape the felts on older Mercedes Benz S-Classes!
Are you talking about the blue max with the black handle? For many, many years, I used the blue max without a handle. Last year, I bought this handle from Fusion Tools. It's called a "hand job". 🤦 No joke. It seems to work fine. One down side if the it doesn't let the bluemax flex to the contour of the window because it makes it more ridgid. I could take it or leave it. It does help give a solid grip on the tool, though.
Yes, I call it a "preshirnk." I shrink it on the glass peel board before the installation. No more shrinking on the glass window outside or fingers popping up after the installation. 😁
Good tip on squeegee upwards on sides.....
Thank You Sir! :)

The upwards squeegee is so helpful.
Glad to hear it! Thank you for leaving a comment!
“Not a judgement, just an observation”
My new tagline when I am definitely judging how much “energy” a situation or person is going to use up
🤣😂 Shhh.. (whisper 🤫) Your comment is closer to the truth than mine. 😉
Clean those seals with the window down gets out so much dirt tape them if they are felt or old rubber seals.....sticky tuct tape....

Grear! thank you
No problem. 😁 Thank you for being a part of the channel. 👍🏻
What tool is that, does the plastic handle get in the way? I bought one without the handle but its to slippery for me to grip and hard squeegee

Always use filtered water, not just straight from the tap.
Thank you for the great tip! All of our water is run through a reverse osmosis system. It makes the water taste great for drinking as well! 😁
What percentage?
I'm pretty sure this vehicle got a 5% on the rear half. 🤔 👍🏻
Did you shrink the film before installing?

@@EncorePPFtint that's cool, I have to start learning how to do that.
@MrGonzales1982 I'll make a video on how to do the preshrink and what to look for when doing it. 👍🏻
@@EncorePPFtint cool, looking forward to it 😎 than you.
