In this second video on the metropolitan mindset, former mayor of Edmonton & Canadian Urban Leader Don Iveson spells out how we shift from a municipal to a metropolitan mindset - a notoriously hard shift to make. He and co-author Gabriel Eidelman (Assistant Professor, Munk School) suggest running two parallel playbooks: one at the local level to build trust, and one at the provincial level to raise expectations.
