I use archon continuity since its the same value as primed continuity but drains 2 extra capacity, I figured out tho that if you mod the regulator for toxin it'll proc the mod and add the corrosive status, an extra 40% damage for galvanized shot
Mesa's augment is really good with parkour velocity archon shards. You can roll around really fast and nuke maps. You are also able to get energy pickups when rolling around like this.
I love Mesa she's been my second Prime with the very first Prime Rresurgence Event (first being best girl Mag). She's been my comfy pick for a very long time due to her overall being very tanky and her damage output. While I enjoy her Peacemakers red critting I usually use the Dual Toxos Incarnon with her. When they nerfed the one shot Archon builds with Felarx/Kuva Hek with Ivara I swapped to Mesa and the Toxos with Secondary Encumber on them (CC,CD,MS Riven [works fine without a Riven as well]) + Roar as my default Archon build since it shreds them in no time. And with crit shards Red critting is no issue with the Toxos. My most comfy subsume would be Pillage i guess. And what a question. Of course, please do a lvl cap/red crit Mesa video!
Can someone explain to me how the interaction with Secondary outburst works exactly? 9:35 do you need to hit something with melee to start the combo and then consume it?
Ceramic dagger Incarnon with all the initial combo mods he mentions makes it go to like a 6x combo. Outburst consumes that combo to give crit+crit damage to the regulators (or any secondary for that matter)
yea that doesn't really matter at steel path level, at a level cap situation you would build a bit differently, but at steel path alone, base damage is great, adding other elements would only be additive to the ones I have, so either way shot gives you more damage when you prime hands down, and faction damage does not matter much at low levels, so for me at least base damage stays easily, but like I say in a lot of my videos, these are just ideas, everyone thinks they have a special build, so use that one :)
@@morning8590 Ah, OK. From the wiki: "Mesa has improved proficiency with secondary weapons, and gains a health bonus at the expense of not having a melee weapon equipped: * +15% fire rate with dual wielded sidearms. * +25% reload speed for one handed sidearms. * +50 health when no melee weapon is equipped. " So, it only affects the fire rate of your secondary if you have dual wielded sidearms equipped on Mesa, not that dual wielded sidearms affect the regulators, correct? Or is it some kind of bug where if you have dual wielded sidearms on Mesa, it also affects her regulators?
If you are using arcane avenger, secondary outburst at 180% and full orange shards for secondary crit youd get to around 259% crit so a pretty decent chance for red crits.
So, it might just be that I have five tauforged archon shards on her but your dispensary build is still giving me red crits lol I think my main issue though is staying alive long enough/getting enough kills to get enough energy. Like it's tough to get off the ground. Once I do though, I'm pretty much invincible
With the removal of regulators stacking Gun and Blade Evo, would it just be better to use a good primary (any reqs?) to stack up the initial 100 kills for initial combo and just steamroll from there or is it not worth it? Correct me if I'm wrong, but i think you'd have to keep swapping to your primary for another 100 kills whenever secondary outburst runs out so? Im not at the point in the game where i can try this build out but i wanna know your thoughts and suggestions for adjustments before i fully invest.
Objectively I think everyone can judge it by just looking at the screen and seeing what happens to enemies, its pretty clear, there is a difference between level cap builds and steel path builds, most warframe creators dont understand this, so they confuse the community aswell, hornet strike is is 100% A ok for steel path
The ONLY thing cooler than a "Space Ninja" is a Space Cowboy Gunslinger. The Concord disaster -- the Game that only last 2 weeks and is going offline TODAY on September 6th -- is what brought me into Warframe and I have NEVER downloaded a Free to Play before. The whole Concord controversy actually opened my eyes to Warframe and I'm pleasantly suprised to see how deep the story/lore/narrative goes... and I NEVER expected that from a Free to Play game. I thought it was just mindless shooting and looting. (plus, I NEVER KNEW that this was kind of a "Space Ninja" type of theme. This just came off as another generic futuristic shooter almost like Destiny.)
Well, welcome aboard then, I hope you enjoy your stay at warframe, definitely a game for you if you like grinding, it can feel quite daunting to get into, but despite what some people claim this game is not as complicated as you might think, alot of people overcomplicate it, that being said if you have any questions your are free to ask :)
Oh Boy and I thought I'm the only one using Galvanized shot on the regulators. As you mentioned in the vid it is just so much better compared to hornet strike. Yes the status chance on regulators is bad but the multishot you have combined with the insane fire rate you get makes up for that. Very cool Vid. I would like to see a regulators lvl cap build in action. In my own tries I was forced to use an armor strip at some point since your regulators will struggle against enemy armor at a certain lvl.
i just want the best possible build, no meme no miesche bs, i've tried allod of em and the best one for mee seems nourish for energy econemy, But the fact she's split between strength and range and duration a bit is so annoying
As a mess main I find after jade shadows it’s best to sub her 1 for nourish. I use the bronco prime with mod to open to finishers. This coupled with secondary outburst is nice. I Then use the furax wraiths with the amalgam mod and melee crescendo. The worm prime with the vulclax I believe gets you over the crust chance for the bond mod that increases fire rate and nagate helps dr too. I use the Torid Incarnon as a primary and run zen as my focus school. For shards I run two emerald for corrosive stacks. One red for duration and two tau topaz. Red grit is nice but this melts almost all content in game. I mod the regulators for heat and corrosive
I tried these builds and they do not work AT ALL. Constantly dying and constantly out of energy. I tried arcane energize, arcane barrier, tried swapping between rolling guard and adaptation (or both), swapping out energy nexus for equilibrium and vice versa, doesn't work at all. I die to the slightest breeze and I'm CONSTANTLY out of energy and playing hide and seek. Not sure how you're destroying everything in every room forever but I can't do that with this.
So the 1st build has equilibrium and dispensary, do you run out of energy? mesa's 3rd gives ger 95% dr + adaptation gives even more dr, then when you move around enemies lose accuracy, because that's what jumping or bullet jumping does, not sure how your dying and running out of energy but it has nothing to do with the builds, the 2nd build is niche but also shouldn't give issues, the midrange build is even more tanky due to adaptation and the umbral set? the only one I could slightly believe that could give you trouble is the 4th one, and that's because it very bare bones, but can still hold its own, for your issues you mentioned the 1st one is the most training wheels build you could ever have, that's why i did it 1st, if you are newer to the game it's normal to struggle at steel path when you 1st get there, you have to get use to the enemies there, they spawn more and are higher level, but you'll get use to it eventually
I would love to but nobody watches level cap videos sadly, or rather a very tiny minority, im going to do a lot of level cap when i start streaming though

That’s actually really smart
Congrats on 10k sub. So glad I found this channel. Absolutely in love with Cedo and I just got Mesa Prime. This video is perfect for me. Thanks :)

That might be something to try. Ive been running preparation with primed flow since I'm lazy and it's nice to start out with a ton of energy

Nice video ! i would love to see a build for lvl cap mesa. with or without red crit !

I cannot stay alive with build 1, any tips?
Does anyone know what the two mods on the right are on his Afuris? Theyre blocked by the arcane mod info window.
Mesa’s waltz with yellow archon shards for parkour speed is a blast.
10:00 Strength and Basedamage are addative on mesa, so consider not running basedamage mods when you have high strength.
yea that doesn't really matter at steel path level, at a level cap situation you would build a bit differently, but at steel path alone, base damage is great, adding other elements would only be additive to the ones I have, so either way shot gives you more damage when you prime hands down, and faction damage does not matter much at low levels, so for me at least base damage stays easily, but like I say in a lot of my videos, these are just ideas, everyone thinks they have a special build, so use that one :)
“She is also great at surviving” me who can hit 700 sp with ash/umbra but constantly die with mesa at like 300: 😮
bro can you recommend a proper build for the Syam, i cant seem to get it right especially the heavy attack?
8:52 - Huh? Are regulators’ fire rate affected by the type of secondary weapons you have? Never heard of this before.
yes her passive

@@lastoflancasyou get these stats passively. Single handed pistol? 25% reload speed for ALL weapons, so your primary too.
All im missing on my mesa is 1 Tau red to make another tau topaz, when that time comes, i shall be able to red crit consistently- i hope.
If you are using arcane avenger, secondary outburst at 180% and full orange shards for secondary crit youd get to around 259% crit so a pretty decent chance for red crits.
just keep going my friend its helping me
Pause
Waltz and rolling gaurd is a good combo for survival
What's the Combat discipline for? You can still pickup health orbs in full hp w/ equilibrium since like 5 months ago (even without synth fiber too)
Not for equilibrium, its for arcane avenger
Why does covert lethality matter for combo points on ceramic dagger? I don’t get it.
Initial combo
does the cedo normally do that or is it the augment
What can u replace the cedo riven with on the 2nd build?
So, it might just be that I have five tauforged archon shards on her but your dispensary build is still giving me red crits lol

Hi maybe i missed it, but did you use any archon shards?
Hello want to ask what the head pieces you using for your mesa?

For someone that doesn't have the Ceramic Dagger Incarn yet, is it 100% needed to get the build functioning in Steel Path?
Not at all, it will perform very similarly, ceramic is just for optimization :)
Can you make a glaive prime/ nataruk steel path build
When i am putting pathogen round, primed heated charge and convulsion it give me radiation not corrosive!
You probably already discovered this…but the order you put them in matters.
ive heard that hornet strike and other weapong dmg mods are bad if u have 200% and more ability strength, any thoughts on that ?
Objectively I think everyone can judge it by just looking at the screen and seeing what happens to enemies, its pretty clear, there is a difference between level cap builds and steel path builds, most warframe creators dont understand this, so they confuse the community aswell, hornet strike is is 100% A ok for steel path
It comes from the confusing math in Mesa's damage formula, her 4 DMG multiplier double calculates(dip).
Using her regulators would break stealth since it's a weapon right?
correct yes

what about using precision intensify over umbral intensify. gives another 90% on your peacemaker.
