      @@petotheorange77 depends how much you use it tbh but a few months of use gets you probably 3 or 4 mph faster

      About 5+ to 10+ (MPH) if you do it everyday

      Every day to see results quicker it should take maybe 1 month or 1 1/2 month to throw 3-5 mph faster
